What I really don't get are these Kobold guys. They don't have the funds to even make a low ball offer on their own. In addition to their lacking mining expertise. So they would need a bigger player like Rio in the boat. However, why would Rio need Kobold anyhow? Their fancy AI approach bla bla is totally needless in the Manono case.
