I was reading a report on Felix Tshisekedi from 2022, where he said he couldn't understand why the western world did not invest in the DRC.
Rather amazing.
I hope he understands now.
One wonders what he really studied in Belgium.

What can you reasonably conclude from this?
They may well have paid up.
They may have brown-bagged.
They may have been kicked out of DRC.
It became clear that the original un-redacted version didn't look too smart.
Maybe they realise, sorry we can't accept the 10% from these thieves.
Accepting stolen goods makes one an accomplice.
