They really are dumb as dog shit for thinking they can get away with this, i just shakes my head.
They are trying.
They probably want to barter now.

But you haven't got a lot to offer if you have been exposed as a cheap nasty piece of shit, who doesn't want to pay his bills.

We could well have to go through the same shit, until the fat bastard's plane gets confiscated and he has to use his push bike.

So lets all assume this TWITTER Kiki kiennge assumption has or IF BASES
Now if this 10 billion is possible i think the DRC will fight HARD to stop it happening..!
Also we all must remember the DRC give out M L..!
They have 5 teams of LAWYERS fighting these court cases...?

Also NIGEL said this at the 2024 AGM

Question 7 – What are the chances of favourable relations with DRC / positive outcome with DRC now that we have leverage of USD 15 million funding too

""""""""""Nigel Only key players in DRC have final say."""""""""
Some key players have been misled and told that AVZ is going to roll over which has not happened.

Now we have funding
There is hearsay that President has another problem – If they support us, then China/Jincheng could take out arbitration against DRC, as they have done with some other country
Southern portion 95% of value
"""""""""""""""President needs to come to table"""""NOW is that possible great QUESTION

Be a shame to lose this place because of one poster.
I'd reckon moving from an open forum to a "more exclusive" one would hide a lot of the fact checking and truthful info that is made available here.
Exactly what the interloper(s) aim to do, in fact. Fracturing the shareholder base and communications.

Question is, if a certain poster is removed there is a high probability another will pop up in place.
What is the solution then if this is ongoing?

I'd say as long as people use the ignore button and stop replying, all will be ok.

Besides the crap moderating on HC, the main issue there is people can't help themselves and keep responding to trolls.
Then the rest who have them on ignore still get the thread clogged up with the responses.
100%

I've DMd a fair few peeps asking them to stop responding to tolate and explained why I think they should.
I tried not to appear patronising. Hope I succeeded.
It certainly reduced the responses to tolate, but some continued.

One guy responded to me that he had to stand up to bullies and would continue.
It's not my style, but it certainly would have been thirty years ago.
Whilst disagreeing, I totally get that opinion.

Add to all that the fact some peeps have homes and marriages on the line, then I totally, totally get it.
It's just fortunate for me that I'm not stressed enough to feel the need to respond.

So let's all give each other some space and love over Xmas take a break from the fight against the trolls, if you can.

Come back refreshed and decide as a tribe where we take our discussions in the NY.

Just forget the c***s. There are far more important things and people.

And in case I forget:

Merry Christmas you bunch of fuckers.

Time for friends and family.

What concerns me is if it goes all the way to arbitration I and many others will never see a cent as these fuckers will never pay , it's same as a person who hits your car with no money and no insurance the chances of getting anything is zero they just cry poor . What I will be happy with is to see whoever force them to pay Centurion Law Group NOW not next week, month or year , NOW these people are their lawyers and they still fucked them over , sorry guys i'm just a fucken realist.

The DRC will come to the table

The litigation course with the ICC and the ICSID will destroy their credibility and bankrupt the country if they don't

The international community/governments/courts/banks/financiers are watching this VERY fucking closely

Every single aspect of it.....all the players....all the players

And everything they say, do, react upon, contribute and post on here (yes on here) or on any other forums under their own names or guises or those guises they have chosen to adopt

There will be nowhere for them to hide.... absolutely NOWHERE for them to hide

Truly I wish the DRC hadn't played into the corrupt arms of the Chinese and their complicit corrupt DRC govt managers or their equally complicit and obscene anti-Australian supporters/collaborators in Oz and elsewhere..... but that is what AVZ has had to face up against

It is what it is

Bring on justice

Let the truth be told through the recognised international courts and the financial reparations be enacted appropriately

or.......

the DRC gets its house in order and prosecutes the likes of Celestin Kibeya and others who have systematically corrupted the country, lined their own pockets and sold the future of every decent DRC citizen down the fucking river for a few pieces of Chinese silver

And for the record....if that eventuates (or not) we will still absolutely legally pursue the likes of Tommy Richardhead, Boatman, The AFR......and all those who remain nameless (here and elsewhere) that have chosen to adopt an aggressive and egregious path for personal benefit over and above the 20,000+ Aussie shareholders that invested in good faith in AVZ and the future of the DRC

Okay I will go with what you say and I hope this will happen , BUT the protection of our asset to be paid out in full will take time which I don't have Its same as karma hopefully we are here to see it played out but I doubt it , I think we will all be still discussing this for the next few years , too many hoops to jump through with Chinese , DRC elite , Australian cunts supporting chinks and not their own ( so sorry for their children ) dad's an asshole with red hair

ICC and ICSID brings massive pressure to the DRC Govt

Massive

And enormous legal pressure to all involved whether in the DRC or right here at home ....that's right folks.........right here at home

Funding to the DRC dries up and they are an international pariah if corruption exists, it is proven and nothing is done about it in respect to AVZ

This is the BIGGEST case of international fraud and theft by a Govt (DRC/China) or it's corporate agencies or state backed entities or it's constituents or nominated individuals in living history

Running the gauntlet is very, very dangerous for Felix and the DRC

International funding will evaporate

Markets for its resources will evaporate

Balanced worldwide funding for DRC infrastructure will evaporate

The positive future for the people of the DRC will evaporate and resources in the DRC will sit in limbo for years denying the country decent revenue, taxes and royalties that could be used to build hospitals, schools, improve transport and provide decent opportunity for the population

I can't comprehend what Felix is thinking but have more of an idea what China/Zijin and the CCP are looking to achieve

None of it benefits the DRC in the long term IMO

*No I don't think they will immediately fold . I doubt anyone would think that . If the DRC/China's first line of attack up until 3 weeks ago was to run AVZ bust before the ICSID hearing , then I guess the Locke funding "might" have an influence moving forward . I think we need to remember AVZ are pushing for 2 different outcomes . The first is a negotiated outcome . The second is the ICSID outcome . Without funding neither could be possible .
*If the plan was to run AVZ coffers dry then how could a deal have been close ? The Ministry of Mines themselves only a few months ago stated a deal has never been close . That's why we need Locke Funding .
I'd ask a different question . Can we now get an outcome ? Either Negotiated or ICSID . Did our chances of getting an outcome increase with the Locke Funding ? I'd like to think our chances of at least an ICSID outcome have increased considerably .
'I doubt anyone would think that'

Well it’s the logical action that would be taken by a party who only thought they could win if their opponents ran out of money after seeing said opponents get money one would think. Unless they think they can win, at least partially, for other reasons. The ’southern portion 95% of value’ comment isn’t the first time Nigel has tried to frame the idea of us only getting the non mica infested south as a positive outcome.

There were two other things that Nigel said at the AGM that really stuck out to me

‘The president now has a problem: either AVZ litigates or Zijin does’

I’ve been banging on about this for years now. And I don’t think the situation has really been appreciated by the majority of posters here. And as I have consistently said on this issue if I were in the DRC’s shoes I would take my chances in arbitration against the delisted exploration company that almost went bankrupt rather than the multi billion dollar market cap miner.

‘Expects legal proceedings to end 2026/2027’

This is the exact same time frame I mentioned a few months ago. Amazing the amount of dipshits that felt the need to attack me over this forecast when my main point was that management weren’t doing themselves any favours by not giving an accurate prediction of how long this will take. It’s a good thing that the majority of shareholders apart from the clowns still saying the ICSID will be done in 2025 now understands this fact imo

Just would like to share with some
Last night had a big AVZ investor over..
We were didcussing many things..!
I said to them, why dont they go on a WEBSITE or FORUM to share their knowledge and experience..!
Their reply was in their opinion, just to hard knowing the real trolls scammers or pests..?
Sometimes they behaviour will give them away.
In my opinionthey will attack others, than stick to the task or discussions..?
Maybe to cover the truth, and support their personal agenda.
I admitted i use such discussions to help mum and dad investors,to realise there is another side to the discussion.
Also maybe get to the real truth..imo
Cheers all, have a good 2025
This was just a personal dicussion between friends so DYOR

My personal concerns are how wil they pay all their costs upto then, they AVZ struggled after 12 mths to get some sort of LOCKE DEAL done.
Started with a 20 mill deal, that never happened
Ended up maybe 15 mill..??????
So the longer this bleeds out, maybe not good for AVZ
DYOR please, just IMO

Carlos are you still of the belief if we let the North go we can resolve these matters and move forward with Roche Dure ?

Re your comment , taking on AVZ rather than Zijin . Zijin will have the DRC Gov over a barrel if brown paper bags changed hands . Celestine Kibeya tape was a warning shot . imo

I do genuinely ask the question.... How does Zijin litigate against the DRC in international courts without exposing its own complicit activities and willing fostering of and participation in corruption?

Re: ‘Expects legal proceedings to end 2026/2027’

I have always held the view that the DRC kleptocrats would prefer a negotiated settlement, rather than let the ICSID arbitration run its course (despite what they say publicly).

I still do, and for the following reasons:
  • Lithium prices are currently in the basement, and therefore the value of Manono is in the basement. Despite today's money being worth more than tomorrow's money, it will cost the DRC a lot less to settle early and maintain the status-quo, rather than wait for an ICSID award in the billions plus all the embarrassing exposure that comes with it.
  • By the time arbitration is concluded in say 2027, lithuim prices are expected to be significantly higher than now, and driven by demand exceeding supply. This becomes problematic for both the DRC and Zijin Mining, which should be mining CDL and shipping conc by then. They both have a lot more to lose in 2027 than in 2025.
  • The DRC may not want to bump heads with Zijin Mining or its mother-ship China, and neither will want the ignominy of having its dirty family secrets aired on the international stage.
Cheers
F
