AVZ Discussion 2022

Question for genuine shareholders, as we are marching forward towards ICC ICSID cases being heard. With our position seeming solid, when the results go our way should the DRC simply choose to not comply, what are our options? fucktard trolls need not reply as your on ignore.
Up until 3 weeks ago the DRC Gov thought there would be no ICSID . Recently Cominiere accusing AVZ of going bankrupt . So another question could be , has the DRC Gov's mindset changed now the ICSID is looming ?

Did you hear back from Penny? Looks like she has better things to spend her time and our money on like 2024's money laundering scheme, sorry i mean Ukraine....

Also, why does she prioritise her constituents in SA when she is in a federal role - is that normal?

"those who write on matters relating to my role as Minister for Foreign Affairs"
AVZ falls directly into this category because of an Australian company & Australian shareholders.

🤬🤬🤬🤬

Mate, nothing more from Red Penny, but it's just been a few weeks.

As for Penny's senate role, she represents South Australia.

I’m learning to move on from here @TheCount

I’m going over to zeebot’s beloved BRN forum as I have shares in BRN as well as AVZ. It’s about time someone posted some truths over there about its overhyped company that’s been consistently speculating about its prospects while bleeding money and shareholder value for years

After two years of AVZ shareholder’s sharing great info on AVZ here in this forum, it only took two people to ruin it, a troll and a moderator

You'll likely get reported and modded as a troll.

Now wouldn't that be something haha.

Cheers

Hi Wombat
As you have mentioned if AVZ is bought out at a reasonable price they get a percentage and get to hide the brown paper bags from its masters .
Win Win for them .
They would be absolute fools to be exposed by International courts and the consequences.
No Western investments and the fallout of possible increased tarriffs from minerals sourced from the DRC.
EU and USA and countries aligned to the US could put excessive tarriffs from EV cars using lithium from DRC .
China would be shooting itself in the foot.
And if USA controls the Lobito Project and Tanzania joins an Embargo from minerals from DRC then China runs the risk of international exposure to its foul play.

A reasonable full takeover of AVZ would halt all court proceedings.
Get ready for an Auction ?
Maybe Geo is on the money .

All the very best to each and everyone and your families over the Christmas and happy new years..?
Lets hope the war in the EAST of the DRC, has come to some agreement might help the DRC to get back on Track..?

A press release received by the editorial staff of 7SUR7.CD this Thursday, December 19, 2024, informs that the European Union Special Representative (EUSR) for the Great Lakes region, Ambassador Johan Borgstam, completed his 3rd visit to the Democratic Republic of Congo from December 13 to 18, 2024, as part of the establishment of a stronger, more comprehensive and more strategic partnership with the countries of the region.

With my interlocutors, I recalled the very clear and very firm position of the European Union calling for the withdrawal of Rwandan troops from Congolese soil, the cessation of their support for the M23 and the dismantling by the DRC of the FDL."

In regards to this AFP matter and NIGEL or AVZ not updating S H
One could assume or try to balance why Nigel doesn't update AVZ S H all the time in regards to certain matters...imo..

We should balance the fact that Nigel hasn't been the straight arrow as a few say, he has muddied us all with Mhigo payment, not disclosing the licence issues, the plot might be thicker than what we see at face value...???????

DRC certainly are very stupid to continue arbitration if they didn't feel they had a chance.

Well I'm in holiday mode and quite enjoying it to be honest.

At the beach today, a cute woman kept waving at me. But there was no way I was gonna swim that far out.

I don't mind these BS articles targeting AVZ . Shows AVZ are still very much in the game and it's f--king with their heads .

Totally agree !!!

If we were truly out of the game, these trolls wouldn’t even bother. Why waste their time, energy, or money on this fear campaign? If they were so confident in their position, they’d simply keep stealing without caring about ICC or ICSID outcomes.

This just proves one thing—they’re scared. They want to see us panic, turn against the BoD, and fight amongst ourselves. It’s a desperate attempt to shake the resolve of shareholders, and it only shows how much of a threat AVZ still is to them.
