Is it unreasonable to consider the AFP investigation could be a material adverse change ? If AVZ draws down on the loan by Dec 31 it would suggest AVZ is in the clear . If not then it would suggest there has been a material adverse change . Basic logic .

Hey Juba or John or whatever the fuck your name is, have you considered this cooperation with the AFP could be a masterstroke by AVZ? Using the AFP free of charge to clear them of any corruption allegations and creating some clear air to progress past the mudslinging by the DRC and Zijin at the ICC and ICSID - well played by the BOD and their lawyers! My way of thinking would be Locke would have covered the AFP issue in DD. The issue has been around for a while and would have been a disclosure requirement for AVZ. Basic logic.

It is true, AVZ will draw down its first tranche of Locke funding, it will be done to pay DLA pipers lawyer fees which are behind 6 months, plus pay the ICSID / ICC arbitration fees.........this was all mentioned at the AGM.

The AFP investigation is all about Marius........a complete witch hunt.

That would be a very poor move! Need leverage of courts until the coin is paid off my mortgage. Pay the fees asap!
