Winenut
Go AVZ!
You can calm the farm their chief....thought the rolled eyes might give a clue as to my general feeling about it you knowDo you have a clue Winenut ? Would Cantor Fitzgerald know more than you ? Would they know more than 99% of the arm chair critics on internet forums ? Would they have an open line of communication with Nigel ? Do you have any communication with Nigel ? Do you just regurgitate the same sh1t over and over ? Do you love playing with trolls ?
But since you've got me going....
Yes I think I've got a few clues following this for about 5 years
I'm not aware Cantor Fitzgerald would know any more or any less of the truth than many of the informed LTH's on this forum
Have they got an open line to Nige?....fuck knows. Have to ask CF or Nige that one
Do I regurgitate the same shit over and over?....definitely not and if you'd followed my many, many, many posts and queries and responses on these forums you would have known that
Do I love playing with trolls?......fuck no. I like to smash their sorry fkn arses into the next fucken week
Now back to my point on CF which was more of a throw away but let's look at it closely and break it down
They were of the opinion - "We view the claims challenging ownership interests as a distraction and expect them to be resolved in the near-term with no negative impact to AVZ."
A distraction? It's now a massive circus dragging into question issues of systemic corruption, shady deals from govt departments, illegal activity by large Chinese govt backed corporates, dodgy documents, potential internal legal actions in the DRC, issues with tenements strangely being updated and changed and potential external arbitration all on a world stage with eyes now firmly fixed on Felix and what his reformist Govt might be doing to fix this huge fucken mess to try and prove the DRC is actually open for business and a safe and worthy destination for foreign investment .......not my definition of a "distraction"
Resolved in the near-term? Nearly two months into Trading Halt and suspension? I'd wager a good chance of a further extension to the suspension tomorrow. These matters appear to be nowhere near resolved(as far as anyone outside of Nige and Felix can tell) and could well play for a significant period longer before clear, unequivocal resolution is reached potentially through litigation and matters of law....not sure that will be "near-term"
No negative impact to AVZ - What a doozy that one is so far. From highs in the mid $1.30's to now mid 0.70's looks like massive destruction of shareholder and corporate wealth. Possibility of reduced ownership in the Manono project, potential for delays in project timelines while this crap is sorted out, will the CATH deal have to be broken to maintain the desired AVZ ownership % at a cost of $20M, bad blood in general if Zijin have any possible legitimate claim to a percentage of the project?? Where will the SP be when we finally open???No negative impact?? Don't think so
So yeah when I said looks like CF don't have any more of a clue than any of the other players (including us) I reckon I've actually got a good chance of being right
Of course if we get the absolute mother of all announcements tomorrow and all the issues are resolved and I see AVZ 66%, CATH 24% and DRC 10% well I'll take out a subscription in recognition of their financial and political wisdom and call my next born son Fitzy in their honour
