My guess is we will finally get movement when there is confirmation we have funds to take the legal fights for the long run.

I reckon Cong's $20mil in escrow will get the loan across the line .

Even though the tone of postings on that account has changed markedly in the last few weeks, I wouldn't consider much that is published to be credible information.
The overdue Jin Cheng ICC jurisdiction ruling is hanging over Cominiere now and their house of cards is about to start falling.

More so the change in tone. Previous comments had been extremely antagonistic. They've presented the situation as if AVZ is a distant memory to them, but now they're saying we just need to come to a negotiation table.

It's like Hitler saying "fine we can negotiate" as the Allies are knocking on the Reichstag.

Honestly, this sounds like the meaning is being lost in translation / his poor grasp on written word.

The meaning I take from this is still antagonistic in nature,, basically externalizing the blame saying 'All this could be sorted out in a few days if only AVZ would come to the table for 'simple and objective' talks. IE we are over complicating things by asserting our rights and not playing their game.

Here is an older screen shot from June 23.....you can see clearly that things changed. The container units are all set up apart of a few on the left side, which are now in @cruiser-51 photo are all lined up.... so, there is clearly work done, most probably by Zijin.
