Nigel's promise at the Perth roadshow really went down well in Kinshasa didn't it

Not quite as well as paying Marius a mil while the key decision makers weren't getting their beaks wet but it was pretty damn close. Lucky DLA capped it at a mil rather than the, checks notes, for some reason 6 million. Then again maybe not.

The silence from management in suspension hasn't been a tactic to defeat our enemies. It was so they didn't defeat themselves saying more stupid shit.

And you fucking know it

But yeah I'll stick to digging up facts about a (for now) public company. It's not like I have a choice lmao
As I said Carlo, stick to the facts!

Cheers,
Nells x

I had a teacher in HS that we used to call Yorick. It was all fun and games until he worked out what the joke was about 3 months into the school year.

Mr Hunt wasn't all that bright in retrospect.

And sometimes real life names are better than joke names in movies, especially when the IT team isn't very smart. Former colleague at my current workplace .....

This real life bloke has an actual joke name that we used to try on with relief teachers back in the day. This job application came across my desk a few weeks ago ....

One of my co-workers had the surname Unthank. First name Craig. My mate said he was pissing himself when he set up the email address which consisted of first initial and surname. The guy very quickly requested it was changed to use his whole first name.

Then there was this car dealer in Brissy who likely embraced the name. Looks like it's closed down now.

Maybe I'm thick. I can't find where to get a copy.

Search under Jus Mundi the search engine for the ICC.

I don't have further access

Somebody who knows how to by-pass the firewall probably does.

Just Mundi hasn’t published a judgment yet (let alone a transcript of proceedings). Nor can it be found elsewhere at this point in time. I tried all of those open resources before posting here. But I saw on Twitter that Cumquatcapital had read the “transcript” and so assumed that someone has sourced a copy (likely off of someone closer to the proceedings) and so thought I would ask here as you never know who may be reading. Anyway, I’ll just wait until it or the judgment surfaces. I’m just interested in reading the entire thing, as it interests me and will provide much more detail than the announcement this week.

Had to go and look up what a memorial was. This might be helpful for others who need to do the same: https://acica.org.au/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/ACICA-Explanatory-Note_-Memorials-or-Pleadings.pdf
Basically sounds like they've responded and put forward their reasons for the penalty fees including I'm imagining the amount they want cominiere to pay

"The ICSID tribunal also invited AVZI, GLH and Dathcom to provide submissions as to the basis upon which they contend they are entitled to be paid penalties in respect of any failure to comply with the Interim Orders."

Read it as moving towards the formal part of the process whereby both sides put forward their complete brief of evidence??
from Chat GPT

In the context of ICSID arbitration, the "memorial" is typically lodged at the beginning of the arbitration process. It is one of the initial written submissions presented by one of the parties to the dispute. The memorial sets out the party's position, legal arguments, and supporting evidence at the outset of the arbitration proceedings.

Edit: I have no idea really!!
