AVZ Discussion 2022

IMO Zijin and co have assured President and DRC that their MMGA Goons have the numbers to be voted in, they'd have conjured up an illusion behind the scenes that they have the support. All bullshit of course but their game is to delay and to complicate.

The tenament split is all part of this plan and illusion, they're putting on a show for the president.
It was super interesting how it all came together quickly.

Someone pointed out that the update at the CAMI portal showing the permit happend in the middle of the night, something which has never happened before, so it would cooincide with AVZ's announcment for the AGM, as well as MMGA's response.

It's all smoke and fucking mirrors and orchestrated by Zijin.

Funny thing is though I'm sure they believed there would be a least a small shareholder backlash as a result of this, a group turning against the board in panic and calling for MMGA to save them.

They got absolutely nothing from it.

They would still have another play up their sleeves ready to go after MMGA fail, probably legal action against DRC.

The show continues.

Yea this was passed onto Rose Mutumbo the MOJ at a ministers council meeting. Presumably to hurry this along,so where us it then, is she part of the problem?
Her role in this is getting a free pass so far

The MOU is surely sorted now, it is under MOJ jurisdiction to sign off is it not?

Time is of the essence for DRC here. ICSID approaches with a virtually guaranteed loss, as their lawyers would have informed them.

Was AVZ passed over to MOJ by PM as he got wind the MOU was going well or even completed, PM may have known or wasnt sure MOM would sign so passed it over to MOJ knowing she would hold it up if asked?

Wonderful news - getting the first action just before an election!!

FT had better wake up and start to act..

TC.
What if this is a move against Felix by his enemies in Government. What if PM along with MOP, MOJ are now holding this up to put pressure or possibly oust PR05?

It's obvious that ICSID would be disastrous to the DRC and their Lobito Corridor/Battery Hub plans - question is, why is Felix letting it get this far? Allowing ministers to run amok and absolutely scumbags in Celestin decide policy matters - beggars belief honestly
Heard it aptly described as an excruciating Chinese nipple cripple!

2 years ago I would have said you're dreaming - but this whole experience has changed my perspective on just how bad people can be. I have zero respect for the DRC and China.

Perhaps he using the age old method of if you gave a person enough rope eventually they’ll hang themself
Maybe, but in the mean time, Felix is allowing Kibeya dick head make his country look like a rudderless , cowboy outfit, with laws changed in a whim to satisfy the next brown paper bag sugar hit , making the country in the eyes of the international community, the least most desireable place to invest / do business with....:poop::poop::devilish::ninja:

Serious fucked up mentality !

"The policy essentially re-enforces each Director’s legal duties and obligations by establishing a protocol under which each Director is required to disclose certain interests and advise the Board in circumstances where a potential conflict of interest arises. The policy also sets out the procedures to be followed where the Chairman of the Board determines that a Director’s interest in a matter is sufficiently material or would result in a conflict of interest occurring."

Excellent move. Now in line with AVZ Conflict of Interest policy, any prospective Director MUST act adhere to this policy.

LOL

So even if a director gets voted in, they could be booted on a technicality?

I'm loving this move Carlos, it addresses MMGA on many levels while also mitigating damage if any scum sneaks through.

It immediately calls them to adhere to the policy itself, under which many areas they fail already, it is obviously targeted at protecting us from moles. As potential directors to the BOD they are compelled now to disclose and identify any conflicts of interest.

If the chair has a concern of a conflict of interest, then that director must sit out of the meeting and not vote, nor receive relevant materials. (Much harder to leak information now MMGA fuckers)

Addressing confidential information is also addressed to spank them with once they were to get caught.

Well played AVZ.

They would keep their seat just not be allowed to vote on matters relating to their conflict of interest. Also possibly not even receive information on the matter unless approved by the non-conflicted directors. And if a conflicted director trys to change this policy to be able to vote or receive information in a matter they are conflicted in there will need to be a vote by the non-conflicted directors to approve.

Hypothetically if we end up with 3 MMGA - 2 current bod after the AGM this policy could be used as a defence against MMGA control if the 'reasonable opinion of the chair' says they are conflicted regarding Manono

Biggest brown bag of them all, plus re-election.
The re-election issue is big, it means more brown bags for the rest of Felix' entourage.
