AVZ Discussion 2022

Fuck me, I’m glad people with no idea are asking questions here

As @JAG said, AVZ will be guiding shareholders how to vote when the voting ballots go out

In the meantime, expect the Chinese backed MMGA stooge nominees to be sending out more disingenuous bullshit on how to back them

Just don’t wait until the fucken AGM to get your vote in…. There will be a few people here I’m sure who will copy AVZ’s voting instructions and post them here for anyone who needs help

Well folks its after 2am here and I’m still on the job and I thought I would post a few more comments on the ballot

Firstly my view is AVZ will suggest voting Yes for all the loyal nominees and No for the Chinese stooges.

This is because it would be silly to just go down the list from top to bottom and working out whether number one has enough votes, then number two and so on…. I also imagine all nominees that were drawn from the hat would be eligible

…. Except perhaps those that cannot explain to the satisfaction of the BOD any recent relationship they have had with the likes of Cong (Dathomir), Bin Guo (Lithium Plus), Zijin, Yibin Tianyi, Huayou etc

My knowledge is that one of the nominees is a Top 20 shareholder (Craig Doran) and four others I know who are loyal to the company would have support from at least two Top 20 holders. I won’t name them but they are the five loyal shareholders who I expect will get the most votes from genuine loyal shareholders.

I imagine the Chinese stooges and their backers would be voting No against all candidates except for their own 3 stooges so hopefully all I have done here is provide a little information to digest before AVZ provides their own preferences, and hopefully, if anything, this assists them in their method of communication, because it is already clear that there are shareholders here who don’t know what the fuck to make of it.

As we get closer I’m sure things will become clearer and following this post I’ve got another for you all 👊💥

Next thing on the agenda…. The complaints about the BOD’s remunerations.

Now @Carlos Danger and a few others may be able to clear this up better, but when the nominations and voting come out…. I think it’s possible to vote against remunerating the BOD while still voting back in any Directors you want to keep in.

I have attached the link at the bottom to the last AGM Announcement so you can look at what was voted on last year and get an idea of how to vote this time

You will see separate Resolutions including

1) Adoption of remuneration report

2) Re-election of Direcor

3) Other Resolutions

Carlos or someone else may help clarify this, but worth getting some of your fucken thick skulls around it now…. Yes I’m getting a bit rude, it getting towards 3am in the fucken morning and I’ve got more info but that might just about do me for now

A couple of last things, I am not sure whether shareholders like Yibin Tianyi and Huayou are risking their reputation if they back the stooge nominees because I can tell you there is a wave of evidence that hasn’t come out yet, and if it comes out and shows solid proof of corruption and they colluded in it, it wouldn’t just be bad for their reputation, it could have a substantial bearing on whether the DRC could get international funding for its planned battery manufacturing that it wants from the World Bank, IMF and international investors to fund to the tune of $30billion.

Bin Guo and Leonard Math have already been exposed and other reputations are on the line as well

One last thing there is a very good nominee on the list I would like to name as my preferred nominee but I need permission to let you know who. Hopefully can soon, full disclosure, I haven’t discussed any of the above with the company, it’s just through my research and contacts

Good fucken night all…. I fucken hope, too many magic mushrooms 🍄 when I was young, now my brain doesn’t switch off

Here’s another couple of classic scenes from The Big Lebowski for any other trippers out there

Is there a strategy that those with said information are employing in holding onto evidence till a specific time?

A few concerns I'm having with the nomination voting. Is there a chance that the first 6 or 7 non MMGA nominees split the vote and no one gets a majority vs a more organised force like the MMGA fuckwits. Am I missing something here?

You can vote for noone, or you can vote for as many people on the list as you like. There's nothing stopping anybody voting for every one of the non MMGA nominees.

I hope I didn’t make voting more confusing with my posts above.

It should be clear that we all start by voting YES for all the names in the list above the stooges because as was stated by AVZ….

“Once sufficient candidates have been elected to fill up the vacancies, the remaining candidates will be deemed defeated”

Thank god. Was under the impression you only vote once. In which case this makes perfect sense.

Hopefully AVZ will provide some guidance and recommendations prior to the AGM to get the very best outcome for the Board

Makes sense. With that said, it seems AVZ have stacked the current board of directors anyway, so even if somehow all 3 make it on they will be out voted at every turn.

I presume thats means for peformance shares and pay packages as well?

Hopefully the FIRB is also watching AVZ like a hawk.

Yes Nuts, I’m sure they will and once you start getting your head around it, the strategy is not that fucken hard

In fact, my own personal thoughts are that they would start by contacting the nominees with their recommendations and guidance

Great to see Cominiere running around like a headless chook overnight freaking out about $avz' abuse of majority - some key questions posed went unanswered as expected, an example being isn't there proof of Cominiere attending all AGM's for Dathcom and being fully aware of the strategy avz has taken in raising money, purchasing more equity etc - guess Kibeya was scrolling Zillow looking for a cute villa in St Tropez - what a fucking dumb prick
