No doubt the BOD will advise who to vote for and that will be who I vote for…. But until then I’ve promised my vote to Bruce even though he wouldn’t answer my call today 🤣🤣🤣🤣

As far as the Chinese backed nominees, suck shit stooges…. So much for your master plan.

No wonder that fuckwit tolate (or toilet or whatever his name is on the crapper) is carrying on like an idiot, most people think it’s that treacherous Math shitting himself since his meeting with Bin Guo trying to turn a large shareholder was exposed.

It will be interesting to see how voting goes, but I’m sure AVZ have the legal high ground and I’m thinking FIRB will be able to see how many Chinese will be trying to swing the vote in their favour.

I know the stooges knew the result before today, I’m surprised they didn’t pass the good news on to Tommy turd

Terrific to see so many loyal shareholders being proactive and nominating 👊💥

Looks like the Tanzanian representation is growing. Maybe things are being sorted at Manono and on to finalising the best transport through Tanzania......
I doubt this is a coincidence.
Not hugely significant but we did add a logistics company incorporated in Tanzania to our list of subsidiaries in the 22/23 financial statement. Although it says it was incorporated on 28 October 2021 it doesn't appear in our subsidiaries in the 2022 annual report.

I actually emailed this morning the company and asked what was happening at the MP Power station.
I mentioned the article posted by AVZ on twitter, the article posted by Tantalex on twitter and the progress photos appearing on twitter.
I explained I had concerns about this.
About 1.5 hours later the AVZ's latest twitter post appeared.

In the twitter post in English:

2. Memorandum of understanding

On January 13, 2020, a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was signed between the DRC (MHRE) and AVZ POWER SAU.

Objective: rehabilitation of the Mpiana Mwanga I and II hydroelectric power stations as part of the implementation of the joint venture contract, led by AVZ INTERNATIONAL LTD and signed between them, that is to say, between companies COMINIÈRE SA, AVZ INTERNATIONAL LTD, DATHOMIR MINING RESOURCES SARL and DATHCOM MINING SA, not only for the exploitation of the lithium mine but also for the electrification of Manono and its surroundings.

The memorandum of understanding stipulated the responsibility of the AVZP to carry out a definitive feasibility study (DFS).
AVZP also obtained a baseline Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (ESIA) in September 2020, a prerequisite for proceeding with the DFS.

Who is actually saying that Zijin is refurbishing the MP Power house for Zijin?
What is Franck saying?

I thought asking the company is a better way than spinning out control, talking shit and suffering a nervous breakdown.
Hey Cruiser, if you can't provide some feedback without being an arrogant fuck you can shove your information up your arse!

Ok so iam a little confused. The new director nomination Salome T Sijaonas plus recently nominated Serge and Casta are indeed already directors ie we dont have to vote for them ?
There is otherwise 16 nominations and the order of voting ( via ballot) for said nominations has already been done with the MMGA clowns being 8,9 and 16
First to be voted on is Bruce Campbell. If in theory he gets 1 no vote and 2 yess votes then he is elected ?? If he gets 2 no votes and 1 yes vote he is out and number 2 nomination (Brett Hadley) is up. This process continues until we have 2 new board members which is the maximum number possible . Once 2 are chosen then the rest are out
Questions 1) Who the hell are these people and will AVZ give us their recomendations on how to vote ?
2) If there are currently 2 spots left why cant AVZ board choose 2 more candidates and then we dont have to worry about MMGA or any other slimy bastards ?
3) As i cant attend AGM and will vote online i assume i vote either yes or no for all 16 nominated which will carry the full weight of my shareholding
Hope i have got this right and welcome any info...cheers

Because any appointed directors only hold office until the following AGM and have to stand for election - so Serge, Casta and the new lady will be seeking reelection, as will the two existing directors who are required to vacate - GJ and JC. There are 9 maximum directors - 2 are not up for reelection, those 5, and potentially two new ones = 9

Well discovered, but wouldn't that still make it no coincidence? Transport pathways through Tanzania would only be assisted by someone with similar experience I presume?

Go AVZ!
Oh well

With a cast of thousands on the ballot for the AGM I guess I'll have part 7 to write now in "the tale of AVZ"! :ROFLMAO::oops:

Ok so maximum 9 , two are fixed and 5 up for reelection leaving 2 vacant spots. If one of the 5 don't get reelected then i assume there is 3 vacant spots and so on.
So we need to reelect the 5 and vote for 2 new from the 16 nominations. Hopefully we get some info from AVZ re who these 16 are and how to vote
Thanks for the info Retrobyte

Now's probably a good time to tell you that I've actually acquired a 15% stake in "the tale of AVZ" through a subsidiary in DRC so please make sure to send me 15% of the monies when the movie come out :p

I think you'll find that the contract ( MOU ) AVZ Power had was that we get to use the power but would also provide the local community with power. So the MOU must of had some rights to the power generated. No doubt Zijin will sell power to us but I'll guarantee at astronomical prices
I bet zijin/Cominere fuckwits will be looking to cover themselves in glory by starting refurbishment at power plant
