Fascinating, we have another director now, and only 2 vacant spots left on the board, and 16 Nominations for those positions
I can't quite work out how those 2 will be decided though. ANyone?

My understanding is that votes will be counted for the first name on the list, and if they get more than 50% of votes submitted, they are elected. If not, votes are counted for the second person, and so on until the 2 maximum director slots are filled. It is possible that none of the 16 get elected, and no more than 2 from that list can be elected.

Holy sh*t, this BoD nomination is getting raucous lol. Who are half these ppl anyways? A lot of names up for the hot seats, guess everyone saw the financials from last annual report and just can’t ignore that sweet sweet AVZ pay (especially those performance rights)

One thing’s for sure, I’d vote for any of them at this point over the mugs from Fat Tail (blatantly obvious those MMGAtards didn’t brainstorm the holdings name at all lol)

Correct - AVZ needs to recommend who to support, and the ann today suggests that will be coming in due course

No doubt the BOD will advise who to vote for and that will be who I vote for…. But until then I’ve promised my vote to Bruce even though he wouldn’t answer my call today

It will be interesting to see how voting goes, but I’m sure AVZ have the legal high ground and I’m thinking FIRB will be able to see how many Chinese will be trying to swing the vote in their favour.
