I'm getting the feeling Cominiere along with MoM are not going to wait for the legal process to play out. The project is far to significant to have it locked up for the next 3 to 5 years . As the MoM said earlier this year , it is a matter of urgency . Would they start without AVZ and let the legal process run it's course drawing it out as long as they can ? By which time they will have a mine up and running with their Chinese masters making $$ Billions . Is that a possibility ? They clearly do not seemed perturbed by any negative international attention . Or do they settle with AVZ and have nice clean slate to continue their loved up relationship with their Chinese Masters who give them backhanders and rip off the DRC people ? Which will it be ? Lets not forget the Chinese have CKK over a barrel ? But hey he just got promoted with the backing of the President .

Yeah good thing those delays are cutting both ways (for an election anyway), we have been devastated by the lack of transparency and corruption rife in the DRC but the politicians and detractors themselves have also faced hardships and are being ousted.... a comprise to advance this project or a buy out of our interests at a fair value (in the ballpark of our ATH SP), I think would be approved by most shareholders.

The recent photo and smile on Nigel's face was certainly interesting. I'm also leaning towards a settlement/TO. Even at $1.50 Nigel is a very rich man.

Updated DFS or BFS would show the project is worth multiples of the ATH

Only weak people would accept that, not large and sophisticated investors…. Just my opinion, and I’ve already threatened the Beagle - Basset time is running out for an official announcement and 👊💥

But I and many others will not take $1.50 or all of us would be out , so $3 or no deal for me

yes funny how everyone talking about buy out again. I have to admit I'm weak, I just want out at this stage and if I had the opportunity to take $1.50 I'd take it for the peace of mind of being free of this shitshow. of course, in another country, I'd want to realise full value at $12+.

If the resource was in another country we'd be close to that $12 already.....

You forgot the #Fuckzijin tax. And the adjustment for inflation. And GST. And the Medicare levy. And the mandatory carbon offset. And the donation to The Human Fund.

Had to go to Europe for treatment of a small fracture. Well fuk-a-duck, I wonder why there are no medical facilities in the DRC? Potentially one of the natural resource powerhouses of the world.
Does anyone know where I can pick up one of those memory wiping devices that Will and Tommy use in MIB. I'm over this.
Pretty sure Daniel andrews and stock swami got the last two of those...

If the Chinese got 15% for $33mil and then offered to take all of CDL for the same money in exchange for handing back the 15% of RD , then what makes anyone think they will pay billions of dollars to AVZ for the same thing?

They did try to sue us for damages, estimated provisionally at US$850M for Jin Cheng and US$566M for Cominière. Thus suggesting that the Claimants are valuing the entirety of the Manono Project at US$5.66 billion

Thank you for reminding me . Had slipped my mind.

Gotta say it’s all gotten pretty confusing these last few days. First multiple shareholders indicating in recent weeks that good things were happening and that the detractors were likely screwed. One suggestion here from Nellie I think was that they thought AVZ may be going mining. Then AVZ meets with new CAMI delegates, and AVZ lawyer talks re process for ML award on LinkedIn, certainly all looking promising. Then fkn somehow Celestin and Lissette are placed as the two head figures for new Cominiere management and meet with CAMI, and talk about searching for new partners and their globally significant lithium project. Suddenly it doesn’t look all so good, all up in the air again. Fox today suggests TO is possibility.
Not criticising anyone at all as input of the knowledgeable holders is the most valuable info here. Just saying that seemingly contradictory info/circumstances has made this quite confusing.
Are we being screwed over? Is a TO coming? Are they splitting the tenement? Will this saga ever end?

You’ve coined most of our sentiments pretty well here I imagine. I also imagine many of us are getting pretty close to the end of the tether, there’s only so much one can sustain themselves on Twitter posts, drama, and innuendo. We don’t even know when to expect an official announcement… cliche statement incoming but FKN OVER IT

Imo first part is exactly what's playing out they do not give one flying fuck what the international investors think . they know the world will buy the product from the producer from the boules of hell they couldn't give a fuck that's the buyers. Just sell the prick and let's be done with dealing with elite parasites that feed off the misery of the people they are supposed to serve.

Was looking through some old posts, looks like CAMI have stripped the meeting with avz from their timeline - can't see Nigel's smiling face anywhere now - Cominiere one is still up, FFS
