I’m very happy with the recent appointment of Mbindule Mitono Crispin to CAMI who held the PM accountable on his promises to the President/people and asked for some answers during National Assembly. Hopefully he’ll bring the same level of integrity in his role at CAMI.

National MP Mbindule Mitono Crispin tabled this Thursday, April 13, 2023 at the office of the National Assembly an oral question with debate to Prime Minister Jean-Michel Sama Lukonde on the level of implementation of his program of government actions.
The elected representative of the people says he has noticed several promises presented to the national representation by the head of government and his team, but which the people do not always manage to see come true.
"The various economic crises that the country has been experiencing for a long time have not allowed the development of the social sector and have left several layers of the population abandoned. There is no social protection system and the one that currently governs the public or private employee is hardly effective; because of its low funding. The country's health system is abandoned while the school and university system is collasing. Many Congolese, because of their extreme material poverty, can no longer assume themselves as parents and ensure the future of their offspring. Despite the country's many resources, the Congolese have become, for decades, a particularly vulnerable and unconfident people.
In line with the vision of the Head of State, you have shown the ambition to reverse the relationship between wealth and poverty. You had decided to put an end to this scandal, which consists in making the Congolese a poor people sitting on immeasurable wealth. Hence the need to make solidarity between different strata of the population real, which must result, in particular in a fair and equitable distribution of wealth.
By providing decent social housing, by the establishment of universal health coverage as well as by free primary education," writes Crispin Mbindule Mitono;
And to add;
"As a result,
your government's action has focused on the following five pillars:
Improvement of social conditions: housing, health, education and jobs.
Development of the water and electricity sector,
Fight against poverty and social marginalization;
Empowerment of women, promotion of youth and other vulnerable people;
Promotion of culture, arts, sport and leisure centers.
Faced with the issues and challenges that litter the path to collective well-being, your Government is committed to working hard to materialize the vision of his excellence Mr. President of the Republic, Head of State, Félix Antoine TSHISEKEDI TSHILOMBO who has made the social of the Congolese people the priority of its political action.
More than two years after the inauguration of your Government by the National Assembly, the Congolese people continue to question us on the various promises contained in your government program. Since the Government is the emanation of the National Assembly, and in my capacity as a national deputy and legitimate elected representative of the people, I am under the obligation recognized by the constitution and rules of procedure of the National Assembly to ask you to enlighten the lantern of the national representation on the execution of your Government's program through an oral question with debate.
This is why, in view of the under-mentioned Government's program and the critical evolution of the daily life of the population, I am obliged to ask you the following questions:
A STRONG STATE
What assessment do you make at the current stage on the pacification of the country and the promotion of reconciliation, cohesion and national unity? What is the status of the round tables announced for the provinces under siege?
Where are we with the "Disarmament, Demobilization, Community Reintegration and Stability, DDRCS" program?
What about the strengthening of state authority, promotion of the state and democracy in our country as highlighted in your Government program?
What is your assessment of the joint FARDC-UPDF operations in the Beni sector and surroundings, and the deployment of EAC troops in North Kivu?
As Head of Government, what is your assessment of the enlistment of voters by the Independent National Electoral Commission? And after the enlistment of voters by the CENI, where are we with the census and identification so that the Congolese people get their identity card?
What is the mid-term review of the various reforms announced for a real public administration at the service of the citizen?
What about the National Equalization Fund to allow less affluent provinces to set up their development programs at the base?
What is the balance sheet of your government's diplomacy that you have appointed to acting at the sub-regional, regional and international level? How are our embassies and diplomatic missions doing around the world?
What are the concrete measures taken by your Government to fight corruption and economic crimes that are still commonplace in our country?".
