Jens made a comment with a correction for his post: ‘*injured’ he wrote.
Big difference between someone breaking their legs and being ‘injured’. You’d think one would be more diligent before making a public post.

Jens needs to pick up his game . It was obvious it was a load of bollocks . Now lets get back to the real reason she is a no show in Perth .
Looks like the champagne can be put back on ice for her supposed victory tour. Cbf digging up the post but I remember you called this would happen. Only 6 trading days left in August and now the MoM a no show. Goalposts about to be moved yet again imo

After a small incident where she allegedly had a small fracture, Minister of Mines Nsamba #Kalambayi is said to have already returned to work after a stay in Europe for proper medical treatment.

I mean it's very obvious that Cominiere will be pushing hard with the MoM and the President for them to 'develop' Manono in conjunction with new 'partners'. No prizes for guessing who those partners are, or what role Cominiere would play in this. This is what CKK has been going on and on about, and Cominière's position is that the cancellation of our licence is a done deal.

Now ICC/ICSID may have something to say about that, but when's our case with Cominiere even set for? Let alone the years ICSID will take.

It's my belief that Cominiere will be attempting to press all the buttons they can to all the big players, to say this is the only way forward in which Manono is developed in the coming years - namely during this Presidents (poss. next) term - and the only way their battery manufacturing strategy is underpinned by publicly viewable action, rather than being blocked by a spread of legal actions they are blaming on us. I'm sure they will also be saying that Zijin would offer a larger percentage to the DRC government, and telling FT that AVZ are just trying to claim everything. I don't know if Lisette is indeed related to FT but I bloody well hope not for an inner track for those messages to percolate.

Its all no doubt part of the China backed strategy to delay long enough, with support of suborned local elites, until they propose another pathway forward - portraying it as the only viable one towards the fruition of FTs plans. Casting us as the hostage-taker in this narrative, even though we know full where the real blockade is coming from.

But do the other players know? Will the top bosses see through this Chinese backed Charade, unlike the previous time? Or will we eventually see a reallocation of the licence under this pressure - and the project then being constructed by others whilst a years-long legal case for restitution goes ahead in the background. We surely know which one Cominiere and Zijin are agitating for - CKK has openly admitted that they're preparing new partners to progress manono and this media report is in line with that. That's the game they are playing.

We really need top level FaceTime with MoM and President to dispel the bullshit. This failed during Covid for obvious reasons, but we can't let it happen again. Hopefully Nige and Co can meet with these figures in the near future to put another side to the story. Surely they must be aware the perception damage this would do to their business climate, but they may say well canceling the licence decree already didn't bring down the roof - though I note that it did bring about ICSID, which has likely had an impact.

Still very much in the air at the moment. I know the ICC isnt known for its pace, but we really need to fast-track the Cominiere case

Time is not our friend here

Read some recent posts from the vile kunt Lars on twitter, and ask yourself “is she positioning Tantalex for a role in Manono with Cominiere?”

It reads that way to me…

Had to go to Europe for treatment of a small fracture. Well fuk-a-duck, I wonder why there are no medical facilities in the DRC? Potentially one of the natural resource powerhouses of the world.
Does anyone know where I can pick up one of those memory wiping devices that Will and Tommy use in MIB. I'm over this.

Is this new information? @Carlos Danger
Big Liars, STOP LYING. FACTS
1. Legal case N. RP14944 by Dathomir vs Dathcom (JV of AVZ, Cominiere and Dathomir) not AVZ. Legal Procedure not yet exhausted
2. Commercial Court appointed Eugene Mbomb as Special Rep to gather Dathcom's partners & decide. Zijin lost then went to ICC

Why not? Have a look below, Lisette was attacked by armed men at her home 3 weeks ago, probably for not delivery what she promised.

I’d say our usually fashionable and well heeled MoM has most likely fractured her leg as it’s the first time I’ve seen her in a full length dress AND wearing flat shoes … consistent with a healing fractured leg that is probably in a cast - what else could she wear?

Everyone just needs to take a deep breath.

We're all jaded as fuck for sure after the last 16 months. Way to many people jumping at shadows, taking half truths and downright bullshit as gospel.

Last bit of news I'd take seriously is seeing our CEO in a meeting with the mining cadastre.

The MoM not coming to a conference on mining in Australia?? Could be a million different reasons. She could be to busy sorting and prioritising the AVZ mining decree.

We complain that all the drc ministers do is have endless conferences and talks. Then jet all about the world trying to drum up business without actually achieving anything. So I for one don't care about more empty air, empy promises and another meaningless conference.

Time for results
