Ohhhhhh!!!!

That makes more sense.

Thought it was I was just making some unsubstantiated claim like a lot of other people with "inside" knowledge.

Take it as it was meant to be.

Nobody actually knows what will actually happen
FFS at least add IMO next time, we are starved of information and good news imo.

Fuck you sounded so convincing also…fuck fuck fuck.

Since Félix Tshisekedi's accession to the supreme judiciary, the General Inspectorate of Finance (IGF) has done enormous work in improving economic governance in the DRC. Following its revitalization led by Jules Alingete Key, the IGF has conducted investigations into various projects launched in the DRC without palpable results. These investigations revealed several facts of corruption and embezzlement of public funds by the country's former leaders.

Despite these different revelations, the work of the IGF is not always accompanied by the justice system which, until then, has not yet been able to open investigations and punish these various managers of public affairs involved in embezzlement and corruption.

It is with this in mind that Jules Alingete Key, Inspector General of Finance, Head of Service, went to meet Dieudonné Kamuleta Badibanga, President of the Superior Council of the Judiciary and President of the Constitutional Court to request his involvement in order to restore the State in its rights.

"Our files always end up in the hands of the judicial authorities so we are obliged to come at any time to seek their involvement, their support so that the fight against corruption and the diversion of public funds can make significant progress in our country," Jules Alingete Key told the press at the end of the interview on Tuesday, May 16, 2023.
For his part, Dieudonné Kamuleta reassured about his involvement in the follow-up of files.
"As he has just said, there are major issues that concern the sanitation of business, to also stop anti-values in this country. Today it was much more a question of the office of the Superior Council of the Judiciary (CSM) being able to invest in supporting and ensuring an efficient follow-up of all these files, "said Dieudonné Kamuleta.

And to continue:

"I myself had to reassure him that everything will be done to ensure that any file that arrives is carried out safely and that is why we inaugurated another phase because the files that came before were not copied but since yesterday the files that arrive we have been copied it makes it easier for us to follow-up and to ensure that the magistrate who is so that the population can have confidence in his justice
At the center of the fight against embezzlement of public funds and other mismanagement, Jules Alingete Key is considered the centerpiece of the Félix Tshisekedi administration's anti-fraud strategy.

The IGF plays a major role in mobilizing public revenues with its financial patrol. This general financial patrol in public finances, according to Jules Alingete, remains the main key to the eradication of anti-values in public management.

JV dissolved.

25% handed directly to the DRC.
75% in the hands of AVZ

Comi and zijin claiming $1.3b in damages from loosing the 25% of the project via breaking terms and conditions of JV and engaging in corrupt practices.

ICC also tells comi and zijin to fuck off.

You heard it here first!

I'm thinking (loose term)

20% DRC (free carry) 80% AVZ
AVZ will then give some away for project financing, CATL and maybe another (PLL, RIO westerner) equal share 12.5% each type deal.

Then butterflies and rainbows

Whatever it is, I wish they'd hurry the @#$% up.

I finally threw the toys out of the pram today and handed in my notice.

I'm gonna need some cash soon, and not keen to go find another bunch of idiots to work with.

It's an ongoing case of who do you believe @Xerof

Recently four of the Congo's main opposition politicians wrote to the leaders of the International Monetary Fund, the World Bank and the African Development Bank asking them to conduct an audit of their funds in Congo, saying they suspected misuse.

Then in a joint statement on Monday, May 15, Martin Fayulu, Moïse Katumbi, Delly Sesanga and Augustin Matata demanded that the electoral register be audited by a reputable international firm. The CENI is accused by the opposition of carrying out electoral operations in opacity with a view to executing the “skillfully orchestrated massive fraud plan in favor of Félix Tshisekedi”, outgoing president (for @Hudnut)

The last week or so with the Cominiere Twitter account and the new ICC damages claim has had me stumped in many ways. Just how the fuck we are even still having to deal with this shit and why Zijin and Cominiere would even consider an ICC claim.
This would make some sense of all the shit, but I’m not getting any hopes. All the intel we’ve had to date re timelines and resolutions has been inaccurate.

Gltah
This may be the reason why one of AVZ employees I was talking to last week was sounding very upbeat. Anyway it was an uplifting chat.

I always wondered why the Russians painted a big fukkin Z on their trucks before moving into Ukraine, only thought I can come up with that they were sponsored by Zijin.

And...
Russian military losses – almost 10,000 units of key equipment such as tanks, trucks, artillery pieces and aerial drones, according to one estimate.
Z's can be destroyed.
I wonder when and how much AVZ's counter claim will be, when the time is right.

+$12!

He can be a 40 grade sandpaper at times to pricks (see I have changed from kunts), but has ever only been a 220 grade with me. But then I'm a level headed, even tempered, single persona prick, with a prick

A thousand apologies X, I thought you had two heads!

Thank you for sharing Carlos. Zijin was notified of the above letter on 18/11and was opposed during the Extraordinary General Assembly on 20/11 but still proceeded with the shares transfer on 21/11. 🤡🤡🤡
That “formal notice” by AVZ, is what AVZ should have added in it’s May 04 2022
