No the two cases have different arbitrators, and the dathomir one hasn't even set the proceeding schedule to my knowledge.

The current run of ZJ vs AVZ was that they had prep time 4-5months, then AVZ requested that the hearing by bifurcated (heard in two parts, with the first being jurisdiction). Arbitrator agreed, despite ZJ's rejection.

So ultimatley, after first is heard, Arbitrator decides whether he has jurisdiction to hear the mountain of bullshit that is ZJ's case. Our strategy would be to just get it thrown out and then use the ruling in following legal disputes for preemptive rights.

The current status of AVZ vs Dathomir should be in the document prep stage or drawing close to document request stage, once all that is done, then they should be discussing the schedule, hence the anticipated 2024 resolution on this one.

EDIT: I'm not a lawyer, this is just from what i've seen from past cases that have been fully public and my understanding with the information i have on hand. Take it or leave it as always.

My thoughts on the matter are that the 1 and 3 arbitrator fight we originally had is starting to make sense. A delay at this point only fucking benefits ZJ and is as convenient as the growth on my gooch and was likely caused by all the fucking made in china shit i ingest.

My source tells me its July and its due to 'a conflicting schedule of the arbitrator'.

But that one thing with the contract revoking need to be translated rightly.

Because when I use the wordings in the subtitle and put them in a translater and try to puzzle the words in the right sentences this comes out:

"because cominiere finally decided on a formal termination yesterday, it was three months before, and after this formal termination the contract was simply revoked."

That would mean cominiere canceled the contract 2 days ago? Is that possible?

Would be crazy, but I believe cominiere would try everything. These bunch of assholes can only lie and nothing more.

One would expect if Zijin is the claimant, they have all their ducks in a row.

Don't go to court to lodge a complaint and say a year later we are not ready yet.

But do we know if the case is delayed, because of Zijin, or simply they forgot to book a room.

Time will tell, if Zijin is delaying it will not work in their favour.

Zijin will try all possible, they don't want to appear in public, that is obvious.
Maybe they are hoping for a change of heart from the DRC in their favour, who knows, maybe they have inside info.

There's a few standouts which just makes one think, 'how on earth did we get into bed with such dumb fucks?'

AVZ hold 75% (AVZ / Dathomir?) . DRC currently left with 5% on paper because MoP gifts 5% to MMCS (hey, that decision should be pretty soon, considering 90 days and 16th of Jan was the last day of the case from my memory) , Cominiere sells 15% to Zijin ....75% (AVZ/Dathomir) + 5% (MMCS) + 15% Zijin + theres 5% left over which is to the DRC ...so on paper Cominiere are basically gone ... hanging onto the 5% yet to be ceeded to the state until its handed back; what's their thoughts on Zijin, did they flog it or not?

But yet the story from this bent journo is, i assume: is that Cominiere has told AVZ that they are cancelling the contract..... sold out, but want to break contract or as per CKKs interview , want to take control of the Finances (what could possibly go wrong ) ; want to take control of the project ...."sorry mate , i sold you the TV, can you hand me the remote"

My Fear is the Zijin, Simon chong, CCP are delaying everything as much as possible to post DRC election.

1. If Felix is not reelected they may have a better chance of stealing everything and getting away with it.
2. AVZ continue to loose money and are eventually forced to sell at a cents in the dollar price.

ICC being pushed back another couple of months is not a good thing IMO.

You can't just say. Oops. I forgot about the court date and double booked myself, or "I need more time to prepare", when you have had more than 4 months to prepare.

Zijin aren't directly delaying the hearing themselves.....the arbitrator is apparently double booked

Of course Z may have supplied the brown paper bag that the arbitrator found his clashing appointment in.....
