IMO no news is bad news.

Meeting was just had with cominiere 2 days ago with a follow up meeting planned so we know it's not the ML.

But one can dream!

Does feel a bit like an ASX query over the continuous extensions when ambiguity over a ML isn't exactly a valid reason for suspension. Who knows though, could just be general administrative incompetence as usual. We'll find out at some point today!

In London this week, John Clarke participated in the panel discussion topic of “Value Investing”. No one can dispute the potential value of Dathcom’s Lithium & Tin Project in Manono … makes me wonder if he provided some numbers based on the increased recent drilling results and resource size $$$. If so, I think the investors there would have been salivating . Good timing if we’re looking to resume trading soon imo.

When starts the after market and what exactly time a announcement can at latest drop in the after market?

After market starts at 4pm AEDT (7am German time)

I think the latest an announcement can be released is 8pm AEDT (11am German time). Happy to corrected on that one but it's around there.

The BOD would obviously know but not admin staff. I assume the BOD are still at the negotiation stages in the DRC.

What ever it is it would appear they don't want to announce it during trading hours . ASX obliging .

Perhaps, this is my cup half full view, they have numerous announcements that they would want shareholders and the market to consider over the weekend, due to it being context and content heavy.

i.e... could we be seeing:
a) ML
b) updated DFS/BFS?
c) updates on the legal predicaments - incl. the JV partnership, ownership interest, etc.
d) updates on the SEZ?

I'd be happy if this were the case.
