The previous extension was valid until 1 November, so the new extensions was granted prior to expiry of the previous one.

This time is different...the suspension has actually expired without a new extension being granted so far.

This week we’ve seen movement - it’s not impossible to imagine that we could see the gridlock broken today/tonight and the positive announcements start flowing. If I was a shorter I think I’d be worried, and if I was Omni Bridgeway I’d be disappointed that on the last day (31 March 2023) my class action had no substance to it.

It has now been 3.5hrs into trading today and no announcement.........wtf ?

Is the " best BOD in the ASX " teasing the crap out of us with a potential resumption of trade, or just displaying another layer of incompetence ?

If we are to resume trade, gosh i hope they bring the bells and whistles with them......

None the less, it would provide some financial respite for trapped longs needing cash ASAP.......

Meeting was just had with cominiere 2 days ago with a follow up meeting planned so we know it's not the ML.
