AVZ Discussion 2022

TSE is AWESOME GO AVZ
I've certainly backed off.

But a point to note about these thin skinned individuals is that they have one and a half eyes on the election.

So, if this shit runs for another seven months, I don't think it will - but I'm just Joe Blow, then we can rely on these guys to do the right thing.
Like they've never done before.

This is about election/re-election and nothing else.

So were gonna STFU for a couple of weeks (not sure how long that is), and if the TSE natives then get restless and start up again then Jens, or one of those other sycophants, will politely ask us to desist again etc, etc ,etc, etc

Does anyone detect a pattern??

"Does anyone detect a pattern??"

Yeah....and it's giving me the shits

Show of hands who would take $1.70?
*puts hand up
NOT ME.

That scenario would require us to have the ML, BFS etc. and AVZ to be a viable concern.

If that were the case then following the re-opening for trading shenanigans the SP would be more than $1.70 and I would expect multiple offers to buy us out.

So then it's a case of stick or twist?

I'll twist

I would take a $1.30 as of right now, as news comes out maybe higher or lower.

Theoretically the transfer can happen but would CATH be reluctant to execute the deal and handover $$$ if the ownership of the overall project is still in dispute??

I'm guessing CATH will wait until ownership and other issues are resolved before furthering their involvement financially

I know I would
Doesn't Cominière have first right over the 24%?

All they have to do is ask their mate MoP for US$240 million.:rolleyes::LOL:

Working both ways there I suspect. AVZ also needs to be absolutely certain of 75% before they will sign away the 24%. Otherwise the 'chinese' have us in a grater/circle/pineapple scenario

No CATH extension announcement currently means the TIA has been mutually allowed to expire......though i would doubt this.

CATH TIA announcement of either extension or expiry therefore must be tied in with the other ASX questions being responded to if its not announced today.

Manono Lithium and Tin project has had some free advertising, should be easier now to get finance and tell Xi and comrades to go and move their abacus beads around with chopsticks, to determine how much goodwill they have lost in this exercise.

Wankers, Fukkum.

I have a feeling they will have to answer the queries before any further announcements are allowed out.
I can't see CATH pulling the pin after this long.

Will be great to kick Zijin in the nuts under the Arc de Triomphe soon.

Sorry, nuts I don't mean you, but you unfortunately happen to have to have the same name.

wouldn't bother me, they only want the spod anyway, really, as they aren't miners.

LETS LOOK WEST (or NORTH), after kicking Zijin in the goolies of course

I would be happy to let it expire too and negotiate an Offtake Prepayment to replace it.
