There's a very good reason for this that Tommy was either too fucking stupid to figure out or he deliberately decided not to include to jazz up the NoN dIsClOsUrE angle he's been pushing.

8196 (original Dathcom request to relinquish the north) is proving to be a very hard and elusive document to get my hands on. I have my theories as to why this one hasn't surfaced but will hold off on sharing my thoughts, until i can get a hold of the original Dathcom application.
Is 30 minutes long enough for you to hold off sharing your theories?

Glad to see the documents being requested and shared are helping others piece things together clearly - i came to a similar conclusion like the above. Sick of Tommy's bulls**t and distortions honestly; what was his comment about Croatia at the world cup? HFSP? Lel what a f***wit.
Though i'm sure no one needed reminding or had any doubt that Tommy's a f***ing twat.

I believe we need to take a wider more strategic look at things. If Felix or AVZ implemented every one of the suggestions on these forums we would have been screwed long ago.
One of the precepts of 'The Art of War" is to know when to fight and when not to fight. Lets face it we have been in a mining war with china and corrupt officials for some time.
If we look back, we have the IGF report it identifies the corrupt actions of the MoP and cominiere. There were and are stills calls to remove her. If Felix was to remove her then all the crooks would have gone to ground without a resolution. It seemed that Felix continued to support the MoP. This being said we did not know where the MoM sat in terms of her support. She has now come out and it has been identified that she is corrupt and is acting illegally.
Felix can now complete the ministerial reshuffle as he can now remove 2 corrupt ministers. It has really been a well crafted battle. AVZ and the DRC will win and through this entire process the chinese have, in front of the world, been shown to be totally corrupt and have shown the inner workings of their operation.

We have called Felix out for not doing what we wanted him to do and same with AVZ. Both of these actors have chosen not to fight for a time. I believe with the release of the letter from NF exposing the MoM's corruption is their time to fight. One shot fired but it has cut of the head of the snake.
Felix can now move, he can start his fight, a fight for his country and his people. He always said he was going to rid the DRC of corruption. I believe this has been a master stoke by Felix, the US, and AVZ. The US are masters at this type of thing.
Felix also said, 'Show me corruption in my ministers and they will no longer be in my government". He has pre-warned them but they still continued to act and we now have the evidence that the MoM is corrupt along with the MoP and many others.
Bring on the reshuffle.

If Felix was going to do something he would have done it by now. At this point no one including Nigel knows what are the MoM intentions . He is obviously very concerned as he said , 'We feel like we are the 'VICTIM' of a political decision whose real etherious motivations we do not know.' The word , victim, does not ooze with confidence .

I’m sorry to say I have never witnessed one action that Felix has delivered in support of AVZ
It has been all generalised talk with no direct support of AVZ in their fight against any of these corrupt ministers, corrupt Kunts like cong, Zijin, mupande
The question is why???
Followed by ….why would Felix start now if never before???
Especially as it’s election year and IMO he doesn’t want to rock the boat to lose votes
So I can’t see the status quo changing!

It has been almost a month since the President of the Republic, Félix Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo announced a government reshuffle. Psychosis in the Sama team, uncertainty of renewal, expectation that has become elastic for those who are waiting for their entry,… this is the attitude displayed by some (Ministers in office) and others (Members of the Sacred Union).
A question remains, what is blocking? For some sources close to the Presidency of the Republic, everything is already ready, but the publication depends on the personal will of the Head of State.
This desire that no one has mastered to date is becoming very long because even the spokesperson for the Head of State was unable, in clear terms, to state the date and time of this publication.
On the antennas of the radio Top Congo, Tina Salama spoke of the imminence of the publication of the team Sama Lukonde 2 but insists on the respect of the discretionary power of the president of the Republic.
"I don't know when that will happen, it's the discretionary power of the Head of State..., but it's imminent," assured the spokesperson for the President of the Republic, guest of Le Débat Magazine on TOP CONGO FM.
According to another collaborator of the Head of State, everything is on the table of the President of the Republic.
The new structure, the reduced number of ministries, the names of those who will be reappointed and even those who will leave the government, everything has been tabled.
“At this point, I can say that we don't know the date or the time. But this publication can intervene at any time because nothing is blocked to my knowledge. It is the chief who decides and he will decide when he wants”, says our source who affirms that for Félix Tshisekedi, there is no hurry.
Remember that the Sama 2 team will only have a few months to work given that after the general elections in December, a new government team will be put in place taking into account the parliamentary majority.
