AVZ Discussion 2022

I think we will get 60% of the south

Hope I'm wrong but if it's that or the DRC government seize the whole tenement and we have to spend years at the ICC I would accept it

Or take anything over 1.50 to go away
At 78c the market has priced in worse.

If can maintain 60%, do a new deal with CATL, the SP will come good, after a flash sale.

I said months ago on HC, the bad guys are not going away. We remove one hurdle and they put another one in front of us.
Entertain a sale. Negotiations and agreements don't mean much to the bad guys. There would not be any trust if we had to work together.
Totally agree, no trust

Plus who owns almost 10 million shares in this company …but its not a conflict of interest but there again …”it non of our business” …A win/win …
And the insurance cover for Directors, paid for by us, just went through the roof. A coincidence, I’m sure.

I'm surprised they are insurable. That's the best deal they have ever made. I'll bet you that deal is rock solid.

One thing need to be clear, zijin did not buy the 15% illegal, cominiere/MoP sold it illegal. Zijin made a offer and they accept it. The sold of was a breach of the jv contract and avz preemptive rights. So zijin can always use the argument that they don’t know it and just made a offer which was accepted by the government.

That’s why they now playing the I‘m a angel role and just want to progress the project, but bad avz is against it and take everything hostage, so we need to go against them.

The deal between zijin and cominiere was made 18 months ago. The government did not cancel it. Everyday they have the chance to do it but they don’t. There is no way to trust the government or believe they act to help us.

Zijin don’t want to go, they will fight in the ICC as long as they can. After one year waiting for the first session this icc case can take many months maybe year/s.

But the government clearly showed now they don’t want to wait, and they don’t want to cancel the zijin deal. Instead they canceled the ML. If there is no new decree until the end of February or begin of march it seems the 30 days timeline after the favorable technical decision is not active anymore. What I believe is absolutely not a good sign.

The drc is not doing things according to their laws. Any idiot should have learned that out by now. But I have the feeling our management believe they act good or believe what ever their lawyers told them. We still waiting for 2 years for the ML and now we are more away then before. I think our management will drive the bus into the tree. With their intransigence when it’s better to give up and renegotiate. I have the bad feeling they will fight until nothing left.

New axinocapital article stated:

„The suspension of AVZ Minerals shares from stock exchange trading will only end once the legal dispute has been finally decided. It is currently not possible to estimate when this point in time will have come. The shareholders must therefore expect that the suspension of the AVZ Minerals share from stock exchange trading will be repeatedly extended by two or four weeks in the coming weeks.“
So best management stay in country in meetings with officials till it's sorted 👍
An best we don't fold for the Zijin and do their job for them.

Can we use the phrase "accepted by the government"?

Wow Shemozzle…. You know in the past I told you I have appreciated your input (at a time when others criticised you) but mate for a psychologist anyone coming to you for therapy would leave wanting to kill themselves.

We are not further away than ever, the tenement is no longer split in two and we are still the majority owner. A lot of confidential negotiations and campaigning is being done and shareholder’s that aren’t panicking and journalists in the DRC are contributing to help our cause.

I know you have gone from being a potential millionaire (or multimillionaire) and supporting your nephew or another relative through private school, but if you can’t provide something positive or helpful here, then maybe it’s time you took a holiday to Turkey or Ukraine or Pakistan or North Kivu where women and children are getting butchered every day or even just one of the many flood ravaged or bushfire affected towns here in Australia.

Now I have got that off my chest…. I post here to support AVZ for the benefit of shareholder’s and to try and stop the doubt, negativity and misinformation spread by trolls and the likes of boatman and richardson.

Hopefully not everyone here gives into their doubts and fears and being obsessed about all the mistakes made in the past.

Right now my biggest concern is whether or not to smash my phone in case I can’t resist logging back in here tonight and then feeling I want to kill myself

Management will be getting a lot of heat from SH . I'm giving them heat on a regular basis and I know you are too Schmozzle . If they as you say will "drive the bus into the tree" when there are options on the table Nigel is going to get his arse kicked from here to Tim Buk Too .I agree with you Zijin are not going anywhere. I think Nigel will do what's in SH best interest .

A lot of confidential negotiations are being done? With whom? Where's that come from MB, I have seen no indication of that. Heck we were completely blindsided by the cancelling of the ML Decree, and even said we needed to find out what they intended by these decrees. That doesn't sound like the position of a company in the midst of confidential negotiations, if you meant with the government. It's a legitimate question by the way before you kick off, I'm wondering if I missed something suggesting we were in talks with DRC or our opponents, apart from the 'expediting comms' with the authorities claim from the last announcement

Making a connection between my critics about a company that fight against a corrupt to the core government in one of the worst countries in the world, and psychological skills in a therapy that ends, with your words, in suicidal patients only and use it as a argument with the content that you are not share my opinion is incredibly stupid.

You believe that we are not further away, you have no proof for it. And I believe the opposite but have also no proof for it.

Using the argument living in the ukraine or turkey is stupid too. There is always a place that is more worst than my situation. Of course I don’t need to run or fight for my life but in the end that doesn't change the fact that I'm also in a bad situation and you don't know the details of it. Can you know if I or maybe anyone here is sick and close to death and need the money for their family? You and me can’t know it. It’s like saying to a depressive person with suicidal tendencies because of abusing in the childhood take it easy bro you don’t need to flee from the russians. it doesn't change how this guy feel.

I’m sorry that it’s hard for you to hear criticism and negative arguments about the company we have our invested money in. I feel with you. But this forum is not only there to be a beautiful butterfly.

-government sold illegal to zijin, and a part with cominiere and zijin fight against us, the 15% is in the ICC because the government did not cancel the deal with zijin
-this government wants to give 5% to mmcs so cominiere can not cede 10% to the state
-the 15% we thought we have bought from dathomir are in the question now and we fight it through the icc
-we have no idea what happens with cath, because at the moment we can not sell them the agreed 24%. But we need cath for the money and financing of the project. Without financing we have a big problem too (of course there are speculations what could happen and a few words from nigel but nothing fixed at the moment)
-the safety we had with the mining decree is now gone, there are speculations but we don’t now what is true. But they canceled it without any information and our management have no idea what the drc is planning or there intention

Can you understand why I don’t have faith in the drc government?

Additionally:

-after more than 9 months we still don’t now what is really going on
-our management have known the problems with zijin and dathomir but didn’t say one fucking word, and look in what situation we are in
-was the capital raising or the increasing of the insurance because they know whats coming?
-do you remember all the fluffy unicorns over the last three years? The smiling from nigel in 2022 and saying everything is cool and in reality in the background the shit is exploding?

Can you maybe understand why I don’t have faith in our management?

I know it’s hard to hear that shit and I hope the best will happen too, but I’m not so blind anymore with false hopes. The balance between shit and good things that happen doesn’t speak for us. We only have positive speculations when the next shit happen.
Nigel has 50 million reasons to cut a deal . Along with the rest of management and their free shares . Money is everyone's motive here .

#ManonoLithium When experts in the Congolese Mining sector talk about $AVZ , its credibility and HONESTY

#ManonoLithium They said - The feasibility study of $AVZ is 4.5/5 *** -
@AvzMinerals
is not a speculator. - #AVZ has not corrupted, it is under the control of the Australian police . - Better an Australian company than those who mistreat the Congolese.

Manono Lithium: Marius Mihigo files a complaint against journalist Tom Richardson and Financial Review for defamation and slander in order to harm AVZ and his person

February 12, 2023
Kiki Kienge

By Kiki Kienge
In two articles published by the Australian media, Financial Review , the journalist Tom Richardson insinuated a kind of corruption in DR Congo to the loan of the authorities of the country on the part of Mr Marius Mihigo in his implication as strategic adviser of AVZ Minerals in the project Manono Lithium, in particular to the directors of the Australian lithium giant, AVZ Minerals, to pay Mr Mihigo more than the value of his work, of course not advancing any proof of this.
After the clarification of AVZ Minerals in a press release of the contract which binds it to the Congolese businessman, it is the turn of Marius Mihigo to denounce the false and defamatory declarations of the journalist Tom Richardson and of the Financial Review media on an unproven “corruption” never demonstrated by them.
You should know that the Congolese businessman, Mr. Marius Mihigo is not his first experience with AVZ Minerals in facilitating negotiations in the mining and other fields, in many countries. Even more than obtaining the exploration permit granted by the Congolese State to AVZ Minerals after feasibility studies financed by the Australians, but politically blocked, is the result of strategic work and expertise of Mr. Marius Mihigo .

PRESS RELEASE
Marius Mihigo denounces the defamatory article by Tom Richardson Paris, February 12, 2023 Mr. Marius Mihigo, strategic advisor to the Australian mining company AVZ MINERALS LTD denounces the false allegations of corruption contained in the article by Mr. Tom Richardson, published by the Australian Financial Review media on February 8, 2023.
Through his tendentious and defamatory article, Mr. Tom Richardson wanted to make public opinion believe that Mr. Marius Mihigo was hired to carry out corruption actions with the competent authorities in the Democratic Republic of Congo in order to obtain the notification of the Exploitation License for the Manono lithium and tin Project in favor of DATHCOM MINING SA, of which AVZ is the majority shareholder.
Given the inaccurate information relayed by Mr. Richardson's article, AVZ MINERALS LTD, in a press release made public on February 10, 2023 in Perth, Australia, clarified the commitment agreements with Mr. Marius Mihigo. Mr. Mihigo, for his part, instructed his advisers in Australia to take all necessary measures in order to file a complaint without delay against the Australian Financial Review and against Mr. Tom Richardson for slanderous denunciation as well as for defamation.
About Mr. Marius Mihigo Marius Mihigo is an international consultant specializing in negotiations, economic intelligence and international business facilitation. He has been special envoy to several Heads of State and Government, special adviser and administrator of numerous non-State organizations as well as a volunteer with several charities. Guys what was the potential tax revenue for DRC calculated per day for. I remember a figure of 300,000 USD but that seems like a lot.

Basically I want to know what are they potentially loosing every single day of delay. and then do a calculation based on... what are we at now? 40 weeks? So 280 days worth?

I'm working on something which might be cool.
