Although we are majority holders in Dathcom whats the chances the chinese want it to stay that way!? Its a shit situation all round, Drc corruption, chinese influence and in relation to the decree it definitely should have been scrutinized before being released to the world, thats shot us in the foot for sure.

I said months ago on HC, the bad guys are not going away. We remove one hurdle and they put another one in front of us.

I think once Zijin find out how much they can steal they will make AVZ an offer for the rest . The more they can steal the less they need to pay . At this point I think they could get their hands on at least 30% . Do they want AVZ with majority stake and in control ? I doubt it .

It's too politically risky for Felix to have Zijin involved in Manono right now considering the IGF report and heat from the gringos. More likely they will be given a pathway to buy into the project at a later date. Easiest way to do that is through buying out AJN to acquire the north that Dathcom waived after the DFS is complete imo
