What folk fail to realise is that shorters have had the capital from selling the shares short (not CFD).

So they have had the capital to invest for 40 weeks at least, likely more.

If they cant beat the short fee, and some I would be very surprised.

Control of the world's biggest lithium mine would warrant the best (state?) hackers be utilised. It appears my concerns have come to pass. As you say, we've been outplayed at every turn. Now we know why.

No worries. Felt helpless for the last 10 months waiting for AVZ to resolve. I think Government (USA and Aust.) support is what is now required and we should be focusing our efforts there.
