AVZ Discussion 2022

I don't think that's necessarily true -

"intends to continue its voluntary suspension"

Their intent could be to remain in suspension, this could always be rejected by the ASX no?
' until such time that it has a resolution and clarity on its mining and exploration rights for the Manono Project.'

Has that changed ?MoM hasn't decided who gets what . At this point she has joined the South and North back together . We await her decision on how it gets carved

Had to chuckle. You asked the question and argued with the answer lol.
Do you know my wife?

Haha - I just gave the statement more thought. Drinking a little more each Friday this rubbish continues.....

I hope we do remain suspended until ML is granted. But just because AVZ intends to remain suspended doesn't mean the ASX will allow it.

@wombat74 - I suppose you are right, it's a step backward but hopefully because the slate needed to be clean to get this sorted.

The only thing playing on my mind about this situation is that if that was the DRC intent it wouldn't have been a surprise to management. For god's sake - Nigel was telling shareholders he was expecting the ML in November!

Guys I just want to apologise for being a negative shit in this space. I’ve let my emotions get the better of me and fear rule. You won’t hear anymore of my uninformed negative opinions from here on. All I have to say is I still believe and GO AVZ. We fight the good fight. Beers on me at $3 apologies again
This has/is stressing the fuck out of everyone here.
No apology required, but thanks anyway.
I will accept the beerSSSSS though.

My thinking is if the MoM intends to shaft us why wait . No reason to drag it out now if that's their intention. If the hammer doesn't drop on us quickly I reckon we are still in the game .

Really confusing why people think we may go bust, lose everything, have no chance, TO at $1 etc etc. Given the circumstances I think what is occurring right now is the best thing that could happen.

We will not lose everything people. So breathe, relax a little, enjoy your time with family and friends this weekend and let’s see what occurs next week. Positive steps fwd IMO and I believe the BOD are up for the fight. 🍻

Good point and I personally think MoM is onside.

I agree if we were being shown the exit it would have been a surprise and the house of cards would fall all at once.

It still doesn't explain why AVZ wasn't given any heads up 🤔

You'd have a heart attack if you knew how much lobbyist and donors through third parties pay to access and influence politicians in the US.

$1 mill USD is peanuts.

Have to stay suspended until ML is granted now. No point otherwise. You cannot sell shares if no one is buying and no one is buying into this without ML it’s just 5 overpaid private school boys hanging out, telling each other how valuable they are. Price plus go sub 1c with all this bullshit in the air. TH and ML or Bust. There is no other way.

Anyone thinking maybe we've got a rat?
Lots of rats in the DRC.
It's just amazing how everything always goes against what our 'advisors' and lawyers are saying.

"The AFR’s two articles of 8 February 2023 appear to be based, in part, on legal advice and a report or draft report prepared for the Company’s lawyers (together, source materials). The source materials are
and always have been strictly confidential and legally privileged. It is not clear how the source materials came into the AFR’s hands."

I also understand the need for increased cyber security with China and all sorts of unsavoury characters involved, just wondering if it's a bit simpler than that given what we've seen out of drc to date.

Not making any accusations, all it takes is one bodgy staffer along the chain somewhere.

I’m turning in for the night Sam, but I recall something about Mupande having a relationship with the company associated with setting up the new IT mining platform which is the CAMI site you go to for the maps

And Mupande also has relationships with
Spintelligent who are now the VUKA GROUP

I think it's a fairly fluid situation in that the good guys in the DRC are gradually chipping away at this edifice of BS.

Gains are not incremental, all sorts of opaque background stuff needs to align before we inch forward.

Rinse and repeat.

The Company is seeking further advice on the matter and is in the process of engaging cyber security experts to investigate and advise the Company."

How is it that we’ve been outplayed at every turn?
How did this source material get out of AVZ?
Now consider that possibility that AVZ systems have been breached by the Chinese and ask yourselves the above questions again.

Fuck, that’s dark…

We can now add the Defence Signals Directorate to the list of Australian government agencies that need to get involved. I’m serious. Fark.

Go AVZ!

Shorts will be buying....that's their game plan

Spread FUD get the SP down if you can ..........from their perspective we've already "sold" so now we need to "buy at a lower price to clear and close out the contract"

So yeah.....

The fucking shorters will be buyers if and when it trades again and at a price that suits them if they can get it

But what fucks them up.......what really fucks them up......apart from paying the massively exorbitant interest on their loans over the last 9 months or so of suspension (fuck I love that....karma's a serious bitch) is the fact that AVZ actually will expose the bullshit, and the corrupt policies of the DRC and the Chinese entities like Zijin and the really grubby, agenda driven, financial connections between the AFR, Boatman Capital and the very suspect and seriously compromised Tommy Richardson will be out there for all to see

All to see

All to see

Check it AFR

Check it out Tommy....

All to see....all to see

Looking forward to that day immensely

Can't wait

Think of a director who was made to resign mid last year and is linked to the German in another DRC company and you might have uncovered a rats nest🤫
