Wouldn't take a lot of acting skills to play Nigel . Or just get a card board cutout with moving lips . Nells can be the star . The movie finishes with her kicking Nigel in the nuts .

Cominiere falls under the control of the Minister of Portfolio, right?
And the Green Grub is still MoP, right?
Lots of damage can be done to us between now and her removal (if that‘s even a fucking thing).

I remember the statement of Klaus in the Axinocapital Interview from 14th january so I heard it again a few times:

„In the last 8 weeks all license’s got canceled, and the partner need to sit together to make a new deal over roche dure. But this is not in relation to the manono north license but have a general impact in the transfer of licenses.“

Klaus repeated the cancelation of all Manono Licenses at the begin of the video and in the middle. So I think it was no mispronounced from him.

It looks like Klaus is on the money and have the better insights and after his statement he is in the DRC since the end of january (said in the Interview in 2 weeks...so maybe before the 28th january) and tries to close the deal with manono north as soon as possible. He expect that something will definitive move in the next 3 months.

I have send the Interview to the management after I saw it the first time and I'm sure axinocapital did the same.
I asked the management what it means the manono licenses got canceled but I got no response. So our Management must had a information about a cancelation process.

Two weeks later the MoM canceled the decrees. So it looks like its truth the partner need to sit together to make a new deal over roche dure.
The final question: Is AVZ still a part of the partners who need to make a new deal over roche dure or not? Did they got informed about a cancelation?

If not it would be a really bad sign.

A other thought...AJN stated the nothern part is under dispute, to acquire it the dispute need to be settled. One option...cancel the decree to make it free for a new aquiration process.
Now the question is are both parts of the license are automatically rejoined together after the cancellation??

I think a lot is being kept secret from us, it looks like there is only the possibility that avz is in negotiations and still a part or we really have already been thrown out without information. But "seeking legal advice and needed discussion to clarify the intentions of the DRC and fighting for a just outcome" in comparison to "The Company is steadfast in its resolve of achieving a positive outcome for shareholders" are two worlds that give me the feeling that we could no longer sitting at the negotiating table anymore.
The licence was cancelled, we still hold the tenement.
There is no discussion to be had, we have done everything asked and expected of us within the tenement of pr13359.
In fact we are now at the point where we need to begin construction after spending over $100million proving up the tenement on our own. Not one cent was put in by a single other soul, its ours to develop, simple as that, otherwise ICC is calling.

Sent this to the AFR:

Good morning,

I would like to make a formal complaint about Tom Richardson and his recent articles regarding AVZ Minerals. The 'stories' are extremely one sided, overly suggestive and have a number of factual errors or omissions.

I note that the recent ruling against the AFR for very similar type of reporting where Justice Anna Katzmann found that the articles were "spiced with an account of suspicious circumstances" against a politician. And that, "The ordinary reasonable reader is prone to loose thinking and reads between the lines. And that is precisely what the respondents encouraged them to do. This article was awash with innuendo."

Complaints have also been made to the Australian Press Council.

Can the AFR please look into this matter.

Kind regards,

Sausage sizzle is on …👍

Hope you’re not offended John, I’m going to @JAG’s…. He’s got lobsters and @BEISHA and @Cashcity are bringing their porno’s, the only way you can compete with that is if you can get Nell’s to do her nude run over the bridge (as promised!)

Oops I just realised…. You never even invited me to your sausage sizzle so I don’t have to worry about you being offended

Kinshasa, July 10th, 2021 (CPA) - The women’s organizations of the Civil society filed Thursday with the Prime Minister and Head of Government, Jean –Michel Sama Lukonde, a memorandum in order to support the handing over and taking over to the Directorate of Mining Cadastre (CAMI).

These signatory organizations of this memorandum indicated that the CAMI is one of the five establishments in the mining sector in which the Head of State had appointed new officials on December 27, 2018 and the only institution where the handover and takeover did not occur. has never taken place until this day, before deploring that it was after several maneuvers by dignitaries of the former regime obstructing the execution of the acts of the President of the Republic against a background of political calculations and devoid of patriotism.

This approach in a vital sector for the Congolese nation against a woman who is the pride of the Congolese State by her know-how, is in contradiction with the vision of the Head of State which consists in participate competent women in the management of public affairs, supported these members of civil society, brandishing the presidential ordinance no 18/138 of December 27, 2018 published in the official journal appointing Ms. Chantal Bashizi Lembo as director General of CAMI.

According to these social actors, the various postponements of the handover yet instructed by the Minister of Mines constitute delaying tactics tending to prevent Ms.Chantal Bashizi from officially implementing the changes that she has incorporated into the revised Mining Code as as Vice-President of the Government Commission responsible for revising the Mining Code.

Among these signatory organizations of the memorandum, we find in particular Femmes solidaires, (FESO), Network for the integral development of Congo (REDIC), Solidarity of women on the Congo River (SOFFLECO), Hope mama Africa (HMA), Oisillons groupe – le monde by the feminine.

If FIRB stopped the YIBIN deal because they had an interest in Australia's requirement for critical minerals, would they be interested in the Chinese using corruption to try and steal Manono?

Different Government in now, although the thematic surrounding strategic minerals hasn't changed. I doubt we could do much, but I dare say they may tap their bigger stronger older brother on the shoulder an tell him that Zijin are not playing fair (USA btw)
