Stay well
Yeah I’ll love to watch that!Well at least I was right about there being a separate decree to partition the tenement haha
Does anyone know if Nigel's presentation tonight is being live streamed?
Exactly,Fuck going to war, sell it.. look after your fellow aussies.. I have no interest remaining in suspension for the next four years and eating migoreng every meal to save money again for a house while those BOD cunts get paid 30k a month to sit around saying they’re trying.. fuck off
yup FUCK NO to letting them inOn one hand I think why should we be forced to play nicely with dodgy cunts and their dodgy tactics. On the other hand I'd like a TO offer so we can't GTFO of there now.
28c anyone?
TC.
Its totally possible, but with my admittedly shagged braincells Im struggling to see how on earth we wouldn't have been privy to such an act.
That's none of your businessYeah.....Nige can do a Felix and swan about, rub shoulders, shake hands....maybe down a few canapes and a couple of bevvies....
Well , what is definitive to me is....
Just outcome = we are officially for sale imo“Nothing will deter the Board and I from pursuing a just outcome for our shareholders”
Sounds ominous to me
I tend to agree BeishaWell , what is definitive to me is....
a) Original ML decree is rescinded
b) The road block has always been the northern CDL cut off.
c) " REQUIREMENT FOR A HARMONIOUS AND HEALTHY COOPERATION BETWEEN THE DATHCOM HOLDERS AS
PRECONDITION TO PROGRESS THE MANONO PROJECT.
Sounds to me like all the Dathcom holders need to meet and greet on a round table and come to a compromise
AKA..................PLAN B
So much for the IGF report and cabinet reshuffle...........
DRC international reputation takes another dive........can it get any lower ?
FT is a weak farken prick...........all talk no action.........
Shit show just gets shittier............
DRC is one screwed up muther farken hole.!!
More extended suspension..........could be months.
MANONO project wont be mined until 2025 / 2026.
Thats my take...........happy to be corrected.
AVZ TSE posters more than ever need to stay strong and united !!

yes, adding the additional content within the ann; it would suggest that this thing has been pulled back behind the line and Nigel may well be required to extend his stay in SA . 'Precondition to progress' (sounds a bit lengthy) , AvZ / Momentum seemed to have been stuck in a waiting position and always just waiting for notification and invoice to be issued as they reckoned they acted all in accordance with mining code ; nothing has moved and no agreements, so now they need to get back to the table and work through it in a 'harmonious and healthy cooperation ...we've seen how cooperate Cominiere were in the MMCS ICC case...bloody hard work, but likely under FT instruction now is to get this thing moving...do Cominiere retain the 15% to Zijin and now free to open up bids for the 15% ande back to Zijin at a more palatable ... will AVZ now need to consider fucking off the ROFR and just getting on with this ? obviously as we stand there are legal constraints with ROFR etc so advise would need to be sought, but this think has clearly just popped out of the blue. Its totally possible, but with my admittedly shagged braincells Im struggling to see how on earth we wouldn't have been privy to such an act.
TBH I'm waiting for AJN to get the northern tenement. Fucking Nigel an Co have been behind on EVERY SINGLE STEP.
If it happens that we end up with the Whole tenement the BOD have just let us know it isn't because of them, they didn't have a clue what was going on. Just dumb luck (which I'd take)
They've been sitting in Perth, probably only got the memo when we did on twitter yesterday and then sought clarity.Fuck em they refused to disclose for a week. They claim to behave in our interests but what have they done but take huge salaries and employ experts. None of them have the required expertise to navigate this and they should not be claiming zinjins ownership is a spirrilus claim. It’s a fucktonne more than that. It’s an essential partnership to ensure this is mined. Fucking morons. DRC government gave us option to bribe them through zinjin and we denied it. Goddamn. We should be fucking mining now!!!
why do you think anybody would want to take this over will all its political problems , I don't think it will trade anytime soon and if it does 28c would be a gift at least it would give me funds to trade and try to get some money back , I for one will never touch anything outside Australia again .28c anyone?
TC.
So if we give up the 15% and as you say bend over we still hold at least 50% and get on with it correct , and the mine can be builtyes, adding the additional content within the ; it would suggest that this thing has been pulled back behind the line and Nigel may well be required to extend his stay in SA . let Zijin take up the 15% if that's what's needed to get this across the line; wouldn't be an enjoyable partner at the desk, but competent miner that could lead to some good acceleration. These acknowledgements certainly doesnt sounds like it's all over, but probably suggests that we may need to bend over a bit.
