AVZ obviously is not privy to the conversations at the highest levels of Government as Nigel proclaims.
Sure the decree has been cancelled but it should have been re-issued correctly.
It would be flaming nice if AVZ actually wrote a company announcement in plain English to!

While Klaus the kunt is in the DRC greasing as many palms as he can, we have Nigel and co in Perth or even funnier doing an absolutely pointless 'presentation' on AVZ and they myth of mining in the DRC while holidaying in Cape Town.....will he meet with Felix and Antoinette?

I would love for this to be just a communication error with the government shuffle (apparently) on its way, and we are close to receiving the proper full tenement ML. Nothing is really pointing towards that, otherwise we surely wouldn't have released this a week late and with the last portion of that announcement basically saying we know nothing we are getting our lawyers onto it (lets be honest here BOD, they have been on it for a week with no answer already).

A part of me on the weekend thought this may be a good thing, the DRC tidying up all this split tenement crap to go back to one tenement under Dathcom.
But the fact AVZ didn’t have a heads up at all by the looks of it leaves me with only one conclusion. Nigel has been outplayed in every facet here. He was probably asked to remain quiet, don’t make a fuss and we’ll sort it for you.

Over 40 witnesses.

I will be starting legal action against AVZ and the BoD.

I do hope those with enough shares call an extraordinary meeting.

Surely if this was in anyway positive, the new Ministerial Decrees cancelling the previous Decree would have been followed by another new decree granting the licence. The fact that the BOD is seeking legal advice to clarify the situation fills me with dread.
