Judith Sunimwa Tuluka, Prime Minister of DR Congo, continues consultations for a parity government
After 23 days since her appointment as Prime Minister, Mrs. Judith Suminwa Tuluka, this Monday, April 22, 2024, finished receiving political groups.
She received members of civil society, unions, National Youth Council, National Press Union, teachers' association and others.
Prime Minister Judith Suminwa aspires to put in place a small government, limiting its strength to 45 members, including ministers and deputy ministers.
The past government was made up of 57 members.
According to well-informed sources, she also makes a point of promoting parity and introducing new political figures.
The formula adopted stipulates that a political group must have at least ten national deputies to claim a ministry, thus aligning its ambitions with those of Félix Tshisekedi, who campaigns for a renewal of personalities in government and better female representation.
However, many political party leaders resist the idea of being sidelined.
Another struggle is also emerging around the place given to civil society in this new government.
At the same time, the political groups concerned have already started to submit the lists of their candidates.
Several close to Félix Tshisekedi affirm that the composition of this new government could take place at the end of the month or at the beginning of May, at the latest.

National Assembly: Vital Kamerhe wins the Union Sacrée primary for the presidency of the perch
He's coming back in force.
After a decade and a half of absence, Vital Kamerhe soon returned to the perch of the National Assembly.
He was elected Tuesday April 23, 2024 during the primaries of the ruling political family, the sole candidate of the Sacred Union to the perch, beating his main competitors Mboso and Bahati.
Before being elected, Kamerhe sent a strong message to national deputies, promising them a new era of transparency and commitment.
His speech particularly focused on the situation of persistent insecurity in the east of the country, affirming that the debate on this issue must become public again.
This approach aims to offer the populations of North, South Kivu and Ituri and other regions the opportunity to closely follow the discussions and actions undertaken by their representatives.
In addition to his desire to make the debate public, VK also pledged to restore the tarnished image of the Lower House of Parliament as the true temple of democracy.
He stressed the importance of strengthening parliamentary oversight to ensure transparent and accountable governance.
In reality, this exercise, although democratic, was a middle finger to Kamerhe who deserved the perch without being subject to any pre-electoral competition, especially since he is at the head of the second political force of the 'Sacred Union after the Udps.
Thus, even through the primaries, there was not the shadow of a doubt that VK would crush the competition because its candidacy benefited from the support of many elected officials.

The Ty profile is likely Shane/Lars/Dergeist/morningsuits/whatever other profiles he has. The style matches across all his profiles and it is clear he is attempting to gain followers to join a class action. He's been obsessed for years with causing damage to AVZ in any way he can.
He uses the multiple profiles to make it seem like he's having a conversation with other disgruntled holders/interested parties. Don't fall for his games, the guy has serious issues.

What is it with AVZ that stirrs up these mental case fuckwits from every corner of depravity against shareholders and the company?

Shane (Der Geist) Eastwood made huge capital gains on AVZ and got into trouble with ATO because he couldn’t pay his taxes. He bought back in at higher price and got caught out by Cominiere and Jin Cheng (Zijin)’s illegal fraud. He’s still dirty because he can’t pay his tax bill and rather than get a job he has continued to conspire against AVZ.
He already tried litigation against AVZ, which got him nowhere, he has tried making contact with various shareholders and pretended to be someone else (JAG can confirm), has colluded with Cong and is now colluding with Math and the stooges. The other duds are most likely short sellers like boatman and other conspirators paid off (or promised shares in the case of the stooges) by Cong and Zijin.
Kibeya is recorded taking the bribe, IGF proved Cominiere’s corruption, ICC has already found Jin Cheng was never part of Dathcom (so Cominiere’s termination of Dathcom and subsequent JV with Zijin was illegal), ICC and ICSID have ordered penalties against Cominiere (already over $70 million)
Der Geist and Dudbrook (who isn’t even a shareholder) and Carrick are trying to make a last desperate attempt to turn shareholders against the BOD ahead of announcements around ASX and funding.
Just counter their fucken bullshit with facts. The most frustrating part has been Zijin’s stalling tactics to slow the legal process but the ICC and ICSID are aware of that and exerting pressure by adding to the penalties.
Cominiere are broke and their desperate and pathetic attempts to defend Kibeya are laughable, just like stooge Dudbrook and Der Goose’s desperate attempts to turn shareholders against AVZ.
As far as class actions, the biggest joke of all. Shareholders will get nothing from a class action, it’s just another scam by those working against us. I’m still getting emails about a class action against A2M that started years ago and still no end in sight
