Friday 01/07/22 is the start of DRY JULY and no doubt the next announcement
that suspension will continue until 31/07/22 and, confirmation that we are still going ahead with CATH deal which will STILL come to fruition by 31/07/22
- still all good everyone - nothing to see here, absolutely no problem CAT - they are all good and not shafting us in cohorts with China Govt. We have got to laugh at the professionalism of AVZ or else we would all be in straight jackets

Coming to the Democratic Republic of Congo in the wake of the Kabilist regime, the mining company AVZ has just been stripped for its five years of waste. the Congolese state exploited without consideration.
The motive is not to be sought far in the filthy mysteries of the Congolese mineral mafia.
As pointed out, AVZ landed with the aim of making bloated pockets via the past diet.

It is in Manono where AVZ found itself to operate the Mine in this corner of the country to the detriment of its population and the Congolese State.
According to revelations, COMINIERE, a Congolese company, had research permits for the Monono mine.
COMINIERE had sold DATHOMIR 70% of its shares to leave the Congolese State only 30%.
Later, there was a joint venture between COMINIERE and DATHOMIR which gave birth to a structure called DATHCOM.
The latter will sell 60% of the shares to AVZ. In turn, AVZ will demand a 5% surplus from the Congolese state to enable it to carry out actions within the framework of corporate social responsibility: building roads and schools...
Only, for 5 years, nothing has been done. AVZ did not build a school or a road.
The population of Manono lives in the most total misery.
This prompted COMINIERE to find a new partner, in this case the company Zing JIN to which it sold 15% of the shares.
ZING JIN pays the Congolese State 33 million 400 thousand US dollars, "reveals the source.
She pointed out that the law in this area requires that when a new partner arrives, the board of directors meets to allow the new partner to become a shareholder.
But AVZ blocks the holding of the board of directors and refuses to submit to it by asserting its right of preemption on everything concerning the company.
In reality, AVZ wants to reach 75% so that Congo has nothing in return.
This is where AVZ has come, behaving like a Banana Republic.

I'm not sure how to feel about 1 July - I'm hoping it will be an extension of suspension with maybe some more info (the latter is unlikley I suppose based on the silence to date from most parties). On 2 July I fly to Koh Samui for a week, staying in this place, where we've stayed before (my photos from the last trip in 2019) so don't necessarily want to be having to follow the share price next week!
