I hope we don’t get an announcement. If the way MegaChips, SiFive, Nviso and Mercedes are promoting Brainchip as the new sliced bread does not send up the price a further positive announcement will completely collapse market confidence. Let us all pray for no news. FF

Not speculation just a thought to keep in mind when looking further into this. I mentioned a few days ago that MegaChips has listed as a prime target AKIDA for deep packet inspection.

MegaChips does not disclose its customers. Could Sequitur Labs be a customer of MegaChips?

This good part is that author also suggests "the future killer application for neuromorphic may not be in exascale systems but more in low-power oriented edge compute". "Killer" in this context is very good (as in "awesome"), not very bad (as in "murder").

Neuromorphic computing seems very promising, but continues to require breakthroughs in model training, ML dev ops tools, and other technologies. Although neuromorphic research has mostly been targeted at exascale systems, it may make sense to concentrate as much energy on applications like ultra-low power keyword spotting, event detection for autonomous vehicle, or other data streaming processing use cases. Progress could come more quickly, and breakthrough concepts could be scaled up. The future killer application for neuromorphic may not be in exascale systems but more in low-power oriented edge compute.

I think you need to post this add on HC and highlight the ‘I’m not going to hell option’ as there are many there that need to know about it.

Be sure though to say something like ‘I wonder if AKIDA could improve this at the Edge of the River Styx for those who repent at the very last’ otherwise it will be moderated for off topic.

They will still moderate it though as it is against Satan’s interest for the fallen to know about it.

If the financials showed we made 2 million in revenue & the Sp hit $1.20 tomorrow would many be selling

It’s a long game ,

My take is that Brainchip are slowly but surely spinning a web all over the world , once the world has advanced enough to be ready for our technology it’s game on .

For me , $2 or 2 million this Quarter makes absolutely no difference it’s a psychological game until the world catches up & is caught in our web.

Exactly, I think most are here invested are waiting for Brainchip to be turning over at least 25mil plus revenue per quarter.

Any reports showing 10mil or less in revenue per quarter is chicken feed really for the EAP's on the go and the names involved.

$1 mil $2 mil or 200k means nothing yet. Makes no difference from an investment perspective - those values are of no real interest and have no weight in picking them apart. Great to build from but they are not SP shifting values.

The Akida product is not new to us but ....it is new to the general market and it takes time to determine the use cases for it, integrate it, fully test it and then sell that integrated product.

Patience is still required to see the big dollars flow in but great that these EAP's have had the couple of years access now and have working products - they still need to be marketed and sold.

Brainchip are getting close on larger revenue but don't expect tens of millions just yet when the product has only just hit the market - as this is not selling toothpicks - this is selling the next bleeding edge platform - mass interest is there - patience still required as this is ICT development land not toothpick land.

There seems to be some misunderstanding as to the MegaChips agreement even though it is publicly available 24 hours a day seven days a week so I thought why not post it again. I have created paragraph breaks to make the points easier to follow:

Laguna Hills, Calif. – 25 November, 2021 – BrainChip Holdings Ltd (ASX: BRN), (OTCQX: BCHPY) As announced on Monday, Brainchip has entered into a Licensing Program Agreement with MegaChips, a pioneer in the Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC) industry.

The agreement has an initial term of four years under which Brainchip grants MegaChips a non-exclusive, worldwide intellectual property license for use in designing and manufacturing BrainChip’s Akida technology into external customers’ system on chip designs.

MegaChips will pay a license fee for the grant of the license, which will be paid in tranches over the next two years, with the first payment received on signing the agreement.

Brainchip also agrees to provide proof of concept engineering services, Akida sales and development support and software support to MegaChips’ customers under the agreement and has agreed to enter into a Distribution Agreement with MegaChips for the distribution of certain Akida products in Japan.

In addition to the upfront license fee, Brainchip has the ability to generate additional revenue under the agreement (which is not yet quantifiable) from:

• royalties on the sale of products to MegaChips’ customers (following the design and manufacture of the Akida technology into the customer’s products) calculated as a percentage of the net sales price of such products (with the percentage dependent on the volume of products sold);

• license fees for application specific product developments;

• project fees for proof of concept development projects with MegaChip’s customers
for specific custom networks; and

• fees for support services and licensing of software associated with the Akida IP.

The remaining terms of the agreement are subject to strict confidentiality provisions as between Brainchip and MegaChips.

Brainchip anticipates that it will recognize aggregate revenue of approximately US$2 million under the agreement over the current financial year and the financial year ending 31 December 2022

and expects to recognize additional revenue from the license fee and additional revenue opportunities noted above in subsequent financial years.

Brainchip considers that this agreement is highly significant to its growth strategy as it not only provides a licensing fee for its Akida technology

but also provides broader opportunities to generate revenue from MegaChip’s substantial global customer base which it would be unlikely to be able to access directly.

This announcement has been authorized by the Board of Directors.

I agree ... as disappointing as the 4C was it really does not change the fundamentals and the momentous path that BRN are paving for themselves and the World with the ground breaking Tech that they already 'have developed' and are still developing (second to none!!) also the great partnerships and massive companies that we have onboard the team bus. It was frustrating for us all as I think we were really hoping for around the $1Mil + mark to be inline or slightly higher than the previous quarter for mainly a bit of stabalisation with the current SP and a bit of general positivity, I don't believe anyone here thought it was going to be 'multi millions'!! as it is still a bit early for fees/royalties etc (where the real money is!!). As already been pointed out several times revenue will start to flow towards end of 2022 and increase dramatically through 2023/2024 I have been waiting for 7 years to see this awesome company break through and 'IT HAS' so what's another year or two! what ever the time frame... it is going to be so worth waiting for good luck ( bien suerte !!) to all and be 'Patient' and most importantly DO NOT SELL YOUR PRECIOUS SHARES
