…. What a load of bullshit. All the DRC had to do for that was grant us the exploitation permit for Roche Dure. Even after AVZ suspended our ICSID arbitration in good faith the lies and corruption continued and laughably (and unsurprisingly) they excluded AVZ from the discussions.
Originally KoBold wanted Cominiere excluded from the project, now they are trying to portray Cominiere as a safe partner for investment because KoBold needs other investors to raise the funds needed to pay AVZ fair value.
It looks like KoBold has been sucked into the same DRC shitfuckery that we have been witnessing for the last 3 years

You know what’s funny, Cominiere announced their recent visit to the US on their website, talking about their partnership with KoBold, but not a word about it on KoBold’s website.
The announcement notice for this year’s AGM should be by the end of this coming week.
