AVZ Discussion 2022

This are the words of a Supreme Court and High court lawyer.....

View attachment 88797
Tbh, that reads very much like LLM generated rather than a human supreme court lawyer... "According to financial news sources" "according to mining publications" do not hold up in the court of law lol

Bunch of goddamn over leveraged cowboys here. What happened to responsible investing?? Did your government create an economic environment in which your only choice was to heavily risk yourself on stocks they tax so they could benifit the ruling classes realestate investments with tax concessions while failing to offer even a fraction of protection on a fundamentally algorithmic rigged stock exchange, all the while raising prices on standard goods through a duopoly of supermarkets, all the while failing to charge international corporations for the commodities taken from the ground beneath you, all the while reminding you it is indeed not your ground but that of an indigenous race who are the only true owners of everything you have or ever will have. I mean jeez!!!
😘👌

I think we need another 30 day countdown from that Australian Article supposedly when AVZ want this wrapped up.... nothing like an arbitrary clock.

Trouble is that article seems to be a patchwork of half truths and bullshit with a few random figures mixed in (most likely wrong). It read like my toilet paper in the mornings. :poop:

IMO kobold will still make an offer to AVZ but are trying to ring fence RD for kobold only via DRC gov now various other parties are in discussions with AVZ. An arrogant & selfish move from kobold in an effort to curb a bidding war IMO.

Agreed, I also think they'll have to come pretty close to matching any offer or risk losing it. They've hopefully shot themselves in the foot at the same time as trying to stich this up.

I think that many journalists don't understand that the 1.5 billion announced by kobold for development does not include any money for purchase of the asset. This is separate.

I think that figure was 1 billion anyway. The Australian 'journalist' is plucking numbers out of their arse. It's basically fake news, Ill researched, sensationalised, misleading and not factual.

My ticker says next week 31/7/2025, that is 1/8/2025 DRC time and probably needs an extra 14 days to allow for the Africa factor for the nest day.:oops:

USD$1 billion is equal to AUD$1.5 billion. I think that's where he plucked the figure from.

I think it's important to note The Australian "journalist" is mates with Tom Richardson. They both worked together at AFR. I think that says more than enough about his credibility.

Well they say with their AI they know pretty well how deep the resource goes.
With all their 'knowledge' the only factor of uncertainty is the DRC Government factor and they say that have that under control with their ceremony master team Trump.
Maybe it is better for them not to be too smart.
