It’s crazy to me that some shareholders would be happy to take 1 buck (around $3.5bn buyout) when we will be laying claim to over $10bn in a few months.
I highly doubt any meaningful offers will come before then and we can use the very likely positive outcome for AVZ as an anchor in compensation. The courts are a huge negotiating lever we have.
Unless an offer too good to refuse comes forth in the next month which will be around the compensation claims. We drop the case, get paid out and also get compensated for the north. I think anything less than $12 billion as a package is a poor result for the 21k shareholders. Think it works out to around $4 bucks after taxes. Minimum.
