Wonder if that’s contingent on us getting funding or not? Blind Freddy can see ICSID and icc will be a win for $avz - bizarre behaviour

On the subject of Mills Tshibangu. Ronny Ngale who is the journalist who interviewed Tshibangu on YouTube responded to me.

Ronny previously believed some of Tshibangu’s lies but now has a better understanding of what’s really going on. He previously questioned this reply that August Cohen sent him but now is supportive of AVZ

August V
@AugustCohen4
Hello again, brother Ngale. I do understand Lingala. But I wouldn't say I'm a fluent speaker just yet. That said, and putting aside the commentary on DRC, the press, the Constitutional revisions and other matters, what is said about $AVZ here is misleading.

Here are the issues:

1. The speaker is clearly biased as he presents AVZ as the bad guy that is corrupting DRC's politicians. The Manono Dispute is not binary- its very complex and no side in the dispute are Angels.

2. The speaker also completely avoids the ownership disputes at the heart of the dispute- which is critically important context viewers need to fully understand the Manono Dispute.

3. The speaker fails to mention the others players in this dispute- particularly, DRC officials in the Ministry of Mines, DRC executives at state owned Cominiere, politicians like Senator @GuyLoando_ and former President Kabila, the Chinese miner Zijin, and the Chinese and Congolese who own Dathomir.

In otherwards, he's only singling out @AVZMinYianni which presents a misleading portrait of this dispute. To be clear, as a supporter of the Congolese and their young democracy, I'm very happy to see new media companies like Chat Television (CT) highlight and discuss important issues and in an African language using platforms Congolese can access via their mobile phones. But to do good journalism, CT should have had someone on this show that can speak for AVZ or do another show that allows AVZ's perspective to be heard by viewers.

I hope CT's managers will provide @AvzMinerals the opportunity to tell its side of the story so that Congolese who trust CT's news and commentary get a full picture of the Manono Dispute.

Here's CT's Youtube page: https://youtube.com/@chattvmillstshibangu

This is Chadrack Ngoy (who says he’s a lawyer and expert in criminal law) and is the person who posted Tshibangu’s lies 👇

@Tshibangu_Mills is a liar and you are spreading his lies. The truth is easy to prove which is why AVZ is winning all cases in the @iccwbo and @icsid courts of arbitration and why the DRC has been ordered to reinstate AVZ mining permit and Cominiere ordered to pay penalties

I missed Friday jokes as I was suffering depression , the police just shut all the alcohol shops in my home base in Java till after xmas but then I realized I stocked up so here is a late joke .
3 dogs at the vet
1st dog says to the others I chased and bit the postman so they are putting me down today
2nd dog says same here and I am also getting put down today.
3rd dog says well I was in the kitchen when my owner came in naked and bent over under the sink so I quickly mounted and had the time of my life , wow the other two said and your being put down for that , nah just in to have my nails clipped .

Post of the year buddy.

Thank TC, that’s kind of you to say that, but to be honest I think the posts of the year go to @Carlos Danger for all the information and documents he’s provided.

I haven’t always agreed with him but have realised his contributions and the legal information he has posted has been invaluable to our forum, especially at times like this leading up to the AGM.

We know the corrupt actors are lurking here and on the other forums waiting for another opportunity to undermine our BOD and essentially us and one of the good things about our shareholders is they will never stop fighting until we get our rights restored and a fair price for our shares, not a fucken one cent offer with a comment saying “we are of the opinion that no significant value can be placed on AVZ shares”

We’ve fought too long to cop that bullshit, especially when we know what the shares would be worth if it wasn’t for the corrupt actors 👇

We have a defined lithium pegmatite deposit of 840 million tonnes (equal to 13.5 million tonnes of Li2O) multiplied by today’s price which is at a low) of US$800/tonne = $US10.8 billion.

Thats AU$15,654,000,000.00
= $15 billion 654 million Australian dollars
= > $4 per share

You could also take into account that

Li2O has been over US$8000/tonne
= Over $150 billion Australian dollars
= > $40 per share

Lithium futures prices recently were between US$1,000 - US$2,000/tonne
= Over $5 per share

It’s probably worth considering that’s near term futures pricing, the life of mine pricing should be well above that

Where’s @elphamale and @Scarpa they are better at valuations than me (Possibly lurking 🤔🤷🏻‍♂️). Anyhow, thanks again @TheCount

Kobold doing due diligence? I am leaning towards a TO by Kobold. Lets not forget that Jack Ma is part of Kobold and we know that he plays to the tune of Xi. This could be the win win that Felix is looking for to save face with the chinese.
Just my thoughts

Major backers of KoBold Metals also include: Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Xavier Niel, Richard Branson and Ray Dalio.

Now that's what I call a roll-call of rich, powerful and savvy investors.

The company's innovative approach to mineral exploration employs AI to find lithium deposits AI, and its high-profile backers have positioned it as a significant player in the quest for new age metals.

However, I have no idea of their true interest in Manono. They hardly need AI to tell them to 'dig here'. Having said that, I am rather surprised that any of them would want their names and reputations associated with shit-eating corrupt toads like Kebeya.

Regardless of their strategy and ultimate goal, I am absolutely sure they are well-informed of the DRC's reputation for corruption, the games being played, and the status of AVZ's stake in Manono.

Cheers

The value of the in ground mineral resource is always much lower then a buyer would buy the deposit. In most cases it is under 10% in some, depends on circumstances of the mineral resource, up to 20%. For sure the upsides are enormous for Manono to probably even double the resource even more if CDL gets the green light. The low production costs and quality of our Lithium and let's not forget the Tin will be an extra bonus. Otherwise being in the DRC isn't the icing on the cake. But realistically I can't see us getting all time high prices or more. I guess many SH would take the 78 cents what AVZ share price was when they got suspended.

Does a bidding war make sense when every party needs to save face?. Not out of the realms of fantasy if Kobold become the Ivanhoe western figure in the JV.

US already happy backing the Lobito corridor shipping zijins copper out via their JV wich I believe is 41zijin/40 ivanhoe/18 drc and 1% holding company.

Just replace cominiere with gecamines, kobold and zijin TO AVZ.

Remember when Jin Cheng and Cominiere tried to initiate arbitration against AVZ and failed. At the time they wanted to be compensated for the 15% (they weren’t entitled to) to the tune of US$850 million to Jin Cheng and US$566 million to Cominiere.

Their request for arbitration had two outcomes, the first was delaying our ICC arbitration cases and the second was 👇

IMG_8049.jpeg

The valuation Zijin and Cominiere put a on Dathcom was over US$8.5 billion and that was before the resource upgrade, so which ever way you look at it $2.00 a share looks like the minimum value even those corrupt arseholes put on our shares

That's not as ambitious as it seems at first glance.

The yanks are clear that they want new age metals, including copper, cobalt and lithium transported by rail to port along the US-bankrolled Lobito corridor. However, I cannot see them giving the Chinese a free pass to ship stolen spodumene to port and ultimately to China via the US-funded rail line.

One option is that it will somehow be a western joint-venture mining spodumene ore, but I honestly don't know how it will happen with Zijin entrenched in AVZ's tenement at Manono, and the DRC government remaining corrupt-to-the-core.

Cheers

Do you think the Chinese pay 70$ Mio. for the north and the Americans have to pay >5 Billions $ for the RD? Yes, it is worth more than that, but that is not the way these governments negotiate. They both rip us off or they both pay hugely.

all this kobold stuff is pure speculation, hopefully its positive for us but nothing will surprise me these days. US do seem keen to have a greater say in africa and the drc, who knows how US soft diplomacy works, however it does seem complicated. I can only think the US want drc on their side and china is their enemy/strategic rival. Corruption goes to the top in the DRC, so while current goverment is in place I tend to think the existing drc players will be ok, a deal will be done and they will be forgiven for the sake of moving forward. As long as avz shareholders get what they're owed, they can do whatever as far as I'm concerned.

I do wonder if and its a big if, something is in play, what impact does the us election result have on the current discussions?

Gratulations for checking the enormous history of posts.

I am just trying to ask critical questions or stating some facts beside all the rosy picture some draw. We all are in this garbage for a long time (who knows for how many more years). Pretending you know who I am or what my intentions are makes you look pretty stupid from my point of view. But I've read that from you before about other critical voices, who I know are simply concerned. I appreciate the effort and work you put into this and thank you for it, but sometimes you need to take a step back to broaden your perspective. Stop being paranoid in every way.

Trump 2.0 and Africa:

The resource-rich Democratic Republic of Congo is Ground Zero for the US-China rivalry. Ironically, this means US interest in the eastern Congo’s strategic resources is unlikely to wane despite Republicans’ general disinterest in Green Energy, as the minerals needed for electric vehicle batteries are just as crucial for the US defence industry, computing breakthroughs such as Artificial Intelligence, and so much more.

“There are many industries which depend on the rare earths and the minerals that are important in Africa that the Trump administration would focus on,” says Nagy.

Trump’s former special envoy for the Great Lakes, Peter Pham, is an informal adviser to the Congolese and would be another voice urging Trump to remain engaged in the region.
