AVZ Discussion 2022

There was those rumors spread around by our detractors wasnt there that our local lawyers had a large payment figure outstanding? Perhaps if that had any truth to it then the lawyers dipped into the escrow funds to seize the funds they claim that they were owed

I almost hope that this is the reason, rather than that they've just gone in and nabbed a sizable portion or the entirety of that 20m.

In any case they don't appear to have helped us get any sterling results, so a change probably wouldn't hurt.

Pretty sure it was different lawyers. $1.653m USD was claimed owed by Jean-Marcel Kabeya Mbuyi for work done for AVZ and Dathcom in the lead up to the ML being granted. And we haven't employed him since 2022 so there would be no need to switch lawyers now if it was him. Plus he was claiming shares in Dathcom for non payment not the money in escrow. Also it was Christian Lukusa that provided all the documentation around the Dathomir transfer in that interview 2 years ago and he was still our principal lawyer in country up until now as far as I was aware. But I could be wrong and the two events could be coincindental but I doubt it. Would have been nice to get a bit more detail.

Please see below updated CAMI Map - TRANSLATION: Research Permit: MOU Application Approved

Nothing like persistence, however I am of the belief that we will continue to get positive outcomes from ICSID/ICC

Manono is heading towards a massive compensation claim against the DRC - The longer Felix allows this to drag on the more he is imbedded within the Fraud.

So AVZ in full scale production will not be worth $1:40????

AVZ in full production its market cap could justify that, depending on what we have to give up to get there. Between where we are now and full production, its no longer a journey I ideally want to be on. Right now I am seeing offers of 1c a share that is preposterous but if anyone wants to buy 900k shares @50c a share, let me know and we can get it done. 450k today is better than millions in 5-6 years for me, given the risk profile.

Till then I'll hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

I don't know how many more knives there are left to stick into this company.

I was astounded before about the number of enemies AVZ has built up, now even their own lawyers are into it.

Incredible.

Are there any core relationships in the DRC that we have maintained in good standing?

I think we could count the local Manono community in that bucket, I believe they still remain onside. The pastors perhaps too?

$1.40?! AVZ full production, you're looking at $20 plus a share.

That's a good point.

The impression I have is that at the grass roots and the lower levels of the bureaucracy, the AVZ team is probably well connected and has support, but higher up at the levels where power corrupts, and in the circles where government and business overlap, AVZ has no grease. Or China's grease is way too thick.

Another announcement.... Chinese doing what they do best - STALL STALL STALL.

Felix could have ended this long ago but he has NO BALLS so sits back and lets the Chinese continue to fuck over his local population because he does not GIVE A FUCK about the west (His comments). What a fart in the wind he is.

Rather than being inept or weak, Felix has his black snout firmly in the trough. He's the head of the corruption snake, and the money trail leads directly to him.

I firmly believe that nothing positive will be done by him or his administration because ultimately he is the problem, not the solution.

He and his equally corrupt agencies will continue to pretend to engage with AVZ in developing a meaningless MOU or agreement or whatever, just as he has for the past two years. Unfortunately, when Nigel says that AVZ enjoys a strong relationship with the DRC government, he is just being played.

Ultimately nothing substantial will be achieved, and Felix and his administration will ignore and appeal any arbitral awards in their equally corrupt local courts...simply because they are totally corrupt and are beholden to the Chinese.

Don't get me started on the Chinese.
