AVZ Discussion 2022

Sadly my family and I can’t eat principle, went too hard trusting Nigel and his “fireside chats with Cantor”. Major error in judgement

Hey Cumquat,

I was somewhat insensitive and find myself in a similar position and struggle from week to week. But this whole situation makes me even more determined to see it through. I am not here to teach anyone a lesson or force my views on them.

I am not wanting to ride the titanic down to the bottom of the sea, but I am sure as hell not going to entertain thieves being rewarded at my expense.

I have a large holding and as much as I dont want to be losing it and would be shattered if I did I will be standing by the Board - no one is going to pry this investment out of my cold dead hands without a fight. My thoughts are that changing the BOD in anyway would be detrimental to any and all outcomes.

People need to be reminded that it has been reported that Nigel has over 50 million shares that are at risk - I am confident that he is fighting as hard as he can for us and for himself.

The slippery cunts that he has been dealing with lie, falsify and take bribes - how can anyone navigate this type of shit - you think you have an agreement and then you dont. Nigel in my opinion has tried to resolve this without taking legal action, however his hands have been forced.

My thoughts are that anyone who thinks that both the ICC & ICSID (affiliated with the World bank - our rulings have been positive to date) dont have teeth they are mistaken in my opinion - look at Pakistan.

I want this sorted sooner than later, but I will continue to support Nigel and the Board.

Regards,

SilentOne

Lol Beish, you say that as if you have a choice.

I doesn't matter what anyone would rather have happen, we are just toilet paper in the wind. AMG is fast approaching. You know what the most likely outcome will be.
AMG would be fast approaching if this turd of a stock was still listed and trading!

And you’re right Silent One on a few counts being we are stuck with this board which I completely agree and am fine with and that ICSID absolutely have the power to destroy the DRC (basically force them to issue the ml to Barrick).

Our issue with that path is can our detractors Hoover up enough shares to disrupt the AGM (easier with the little amount of info filtered down from management) and do we have the funds to stick it out through appeals.

Anyways won’t discuss my thoughts publically as it’s not going to help get a return but I do respect your comments Silent One, keep them up. Cheers

@Thaz , I've was putting together a few notes here and there and wondered if you, Deboss, @protoje and anyone else that received an unsolicited offer from Jamie Mitchell was interested in sharing any information privately that I can pass on to my lawyer. He's been interested in AVZ's progress since we first discussed buying shares in AVZ several years ago but hasn't been keeping up to date with events since the suspension and has relied on me to let him know how things are going.

I have found information linking Jamie Mitchell to Shane (der geist) Eastwood which might suggest that Jamie Mitchell unlawfully tried to acquire shares in AVZ. I am looking into what legal actions can be taken regarding Jamie Mitchell's unsolicited attempts to buy AVZ shares and believe he may either have to prove he has no link to Eastwood or face the consequences of this action.

Here are a few notes gathered from shareholders, but I have other evidence that I have not shared on any threads.

Panther22

I called Automic today. Long long wait times so hopefully this helps.

1/ Automic will be sending shareholders an AVZ Holding Statement shortly.
2/ They are aware of the Jamie Mitchell's e mail and it is being investigated as to who this.
3/ Automic said they would not have given our e mail address to Mitchell, so Mitchell's first sentence is a lie.
4/ Automic are working with AVZ on this matter as expected.

The fact that a number of shareholders who either unsubscribed or told MMGA to fuck off didn't receive these unsolicited offers is pretty damn telling of where people's information is likely to have come from; in my opinion of course. There are only two ways they could have gotten this information. They requested it from the share registry, in which case they've directly breached the purpose of accessing this information. OR, someone has provided it to them, and they've breached privacy laws in doing so.

Would be interesting to know if there was anyone who unsubscribed from MMGA who did receive an unsolicited offer. And vice versa, those who remained receiving their communications but have not received an offer.
