Was there a decision in the register case in the WA supreme court?

If not they have acquired it through you providing it or illegally

So MMGA already have the register with just snail mail information. Obviously improper purpose wasn't applicable in this case. I guess AVZ will be arguing it isn't obliged to hand over emails as they were provided additionally by shareholders. Doubt we will win that one but at least it stalls them a bit. Anything I receive from these parasites will be immediately burned.
