Components that are required to be considered " BEST BOD ON THE ASX ( mining )"......imoto be fair Geo, you could write an absolute masterpiece, but, it will not be read or taken onboard once you've started your sentence calling them the best BOD on the ASX...
I'm unsure if this relates to the earlier extension or am I confused?
So the great @elphamale reads TSE........
I have no objection to paying BOD's the wages they get once we are "producing revenue". The junior miner market is a spec-fuelled segment where now the only risk is borne by Shareholders. It would get rid of a lot of cowboys (Eckhoff, Brewer et al) and useless endeavours.Components that are required to be considered " BEST BOD ON THE ASX ( mining )"......imo
a) Have a network to attract the most talented geologists to explore and ultimately define a economical mineral deposit.
b) Practice continuous disclosure rules at all times
c) Inform shareholders on a timely basis with clear and concise comms ( ASX announcements )
d) Reply to shareholder enquiries in a timely manner
e) Under promise and over deliver
How many of those components does AVZ BOD satisfy ?.......
AVZ bod certainly deserved their wages when they discovered the greatest lithium deposit the world will ever see and certainly deserve their wages now fighting hard to fend off scum trying to steal it in a scum country whos native tongue is predominantly farken french and chinese.....I have no objection to paying BOD's the wages they get once we are "producing revenue". TC.
Yes you're absolutely correct it works both ways.Thats right, but the fuckers are reading everything that is said on the mighty TSE too, then use it/put it on X
Jesus, even our 'friendlies' do it
Early October is what the icc said no later.I'm unsure if this relates to the earlier extension or am I confused?
The Sole Arbitrator determined that a short continuance was appropriate, strictly limited to a response to the issues raised in the IGF Report, and that the Parties should discuss and agree on a “tight” procedural calendar bearing in mind that a hearing should be held in September and not later than early October.Early October is what the icc said no later.
The doubt sowers aka the clown show of huge lips, Kong, Klaus & co, highly likely in overdrive busy on twatter.I'm unsure if this relates to the earlier extension or am I confused?
Random information
IF director nominations for the three clowns are still in effect at 2023 AGM, then 2 positions can be contested - Clarke and Johnson were last elected/re-elected in 2020, and will be required to put themselves forward again (assuming they want to).
In hindsight, rather foolishly, we voted Hugelips back in in 2021, but then the shareholder revolt threat in 2022 saw him off, and then Brans was voted back in in 2022
Our constitution says AVZ can have up to 9 directors, including MD (who is not required to stand for re-election), but I can see no need for the clowns - we don't need a circus, and we don't want to replace "the best BoD on the ASX", eh @geo_au
My contact said there is no one there to ask at present so an email has been sent to the bod. Hopefully will receive confirmation in the next few days. Personally I think someone on twitter is trying to cause trouble. The Sole Arbitrator determined that a short continuance was appropriate, strictly limited to a response to the issues raised in the IGF Report, and that the Parties should discuss and agree on a “tight” procedural calendar bearing in mind that a hearing should be held in September and not later than early October.
Now, that would be unusual - surely notMy contact said there is no one there to ask at present so an email has been sent to the bod. Hopefully will receive confirmation in the next few days. Personally I think someone on twitter is trying to cause trouble.
