Wombat it would be a bad idea if Sin Bin ended up with 15% they wont be happy until they have full control and in my opinion it would be like death by a thousand cuts. You dont want Sin Bin anywhere near Dathcom or AVZ.

Yeh it won't be good , but I won't be hanging around to find out . End of the day it's in the big fella's hands (Felix ). So far he's done SFA except give our No.1 Villian a promotion and avoid AVZ like the plague .
We will successfully deal with him at the ICC . Should only take about 2 more years .

Gotta say, I am quite happy with some of the information in the announcement.
Feel more informed than in a long time about what is happening behind closed doors.
Just disappointed it took the fat tail meddling for it to come out.
It could have put to bed a lot of uncertainty a lot earlier.

If we have a clear and binding MOU, it might be the path back to trading.
Something that says to each side:
We do this.
You do that.
Then we get the ML.
Providing the ASX is happy with it and they understand the disclosure issues.

Well I have to say one small thankyou to the Fat tail scumbags.
They forced our BoD to finally address shareholders concerns formally.
We really deserved this kind of communication a LONG fucking time ago.
It's great to get his kind of announcement, but i had to just add that it pisses me the fuck off that it took MMGA for us to get any kind of official information. In particular the CAMI change in name, we really deserved to have that addressed shortly after it happened.
I've said my peace and I'll leave it at that.

IMO old the only effect it has is as a statement of intent to guide arbitration proceedings. Theyre still the only thing that carries any weight here
