That's something we holders have seen beyond our wildest thoughts share price movement has certainly caught a lot of us by surprise not a quick surprise as in quick sudden drop but a slow stealth sort of drop filled with she'll be right it'll bump up againyes a lot traded yesterday and the drop was a drip but still painful for some I honestly wish I didn't get my order hit, but if life throws some lemons your way why not not make some lemonade. Beats orange juice that's for sure.
Hopefully share price can move Fastback to higher prices shortly.
Hi FM,No more than 1 hour after posting this, my wife had a bit of a breakdown. She has been doing really well, but today got to her. Can someone give me a pep talk now?![]()
She just feels as though we must have missed something to cause it going from $2 - 18c
I tried the best I could to reassure her, but it is friggin hard to see you life savings under attack including 70% of life’s super.
What are people actual thoughts on why we are free falling? Let’s have a moment of real talk. I can’t think of one logical reason other than manipulation and uneducated retail freaking out.. in fact I only see positive after positive, but if anyone can think of 1 good reason to why we are free falling let me know. I need to know
It would be nice to see the broker data for the last period if anyone is willing to share it? Has access? I would like to know who is buying all the shares being sold? Is it just the rusted on chippers here topping up?Morning Chippers,
Personaly I think ONE thing Management could do this morning , BEFORE the ASX opens is temporarily suspend all trading in our stock until such time as thay OFFICIALLY ANNOUNCE AKIDA 2 .
Although Management don't follow the share price , strange , this should have been Innitiated last week.
Lock up the share price & this manipulation will cease.
Atleast in the short term.
Appreciate such an event would not be welcome for those that require access to their funds , but for long term holders it would deffinately stop the blood letting ..... until such time as a decent announcement can be officially released to the ASX.
* Another thing which I find unusual......
None of the entitys in the top 20 holders list have disclosed any movement in their holdings.
Possibly thay have not changed ( bought / sold ) but one thing is certain , relatively large numbers of our stock are being absorbed , over 200,000,000 shares in the last six business days.
Regards,
Esq.
Esq I believe there should be a difference in speculator and holder and this present time is a good time to distinguish the same for brn.Morning Chippers,

Personally I think the shorting has done great damage to the SP and it always has been a very unethical practise which is being exploited by funds to make money without shareholders permission. Like kind of renting out your nice house to 30 people who will trash the place and then give it back to you. This sort of stuff should stop and the regulators are just as complicit here as the funds.Hi Fastback6666,
For sure mate, we all never would have thought the share price could have come back this far, it is just some exceptional circumstances though: No large commercial revenue as yet and was expected by now, revision in tech to suit market more, drop out of ASX200, correction in small cap tech stocks globally, high interest rates, potential recession looming. Wow - pretty crazy when you think about it.
So many confounding factors to drive the SP lower and if you look- the SP is the lowest in oversold territory on the chart in at least 5 years! On that longer time scale that is a huge.
The question is - where is the general tech market and Brainchip heading from here.
It’s an opportunity or a death spiral for the company right - everyone just has to decide which one it is!
I see the SP tanking as mostly unlucky timing from the tech sell off, high interest rates and tighter economy- then falling out of the ASX200 was just the climax on top and that was a bit unlucky that it has played out all together.
If they had just fallen out of the ASX200 and not all the other stuff then I would expect we would still be up around 50 to 80 cent range and expect it to return there fairly easily once the shorters/manipulation exit here at these prices and more news flow.
Ummm whatVery simple.
Just tell her what drove the share price to $2.34 is being worked on and in production now![]()
Iseki, just because we aren’t privy to all the internal machinations/discussions/plans (nor should we be), does not mean that they’re not happening.Hi FM,
The problem is that all our potential customers are delaying making any decision on using Akida. The board doesn't seem to be flexible to do deals. The head of world wide sales has departed 12 months to the day he commenced. The board clearly wants us to follow the ARM IP revenue model ie through licensing but the companies interested in us are too small to produce their own chip. The ARM model might work for $1000 phones, but why would it work for a $50 door bell? If it's too expensive for us to produce a chip, how can we expect a sensor manufacturer to? Somehow the board seem disconnected to sales. What potential customer would give any credence to year old tweets from Renesas, MB etc.? Why is it not possible for Sean to pick up the phone and ask those two companies for an update tweet? Why is it so hard to get the ball rolling? The one thing Sean promised was that we would not end up like betamax video recorders. But that exactly where we find ourselves - unless there is an announcement on the ASX regarding the formal release of Akida 2, and a timeline for distributing it to some customers.
hey Buena been waiting for that day for far too long hahahAgree Labsy.....But... I would love a $1 party right now!!!.... I remember those days!
SOON!!
We WILL see it again Baisyet ....hey Buena been waiting for that day for far too long hahah
Have a look at the real volume sell off at the start of each day since the asx200 rebalance date - the bulk sell volume is tapering off now and nearly exhausted. Ideally once it is seen by insto’s and shorts that the bulk selling is done we should start to move up in price somewhat, unless there is some other leak of news out there that would keep us down. The buy / sell ratio indicates groundhog day again.FFS!
No, but hearing nothing changes the odds, doesn't it.Iseki, just because we aren’t privy to all the internal machinations/discussions/plans (nor should we be), does not mean that they’re not happening.
1 deal with Mercedes or the likes. It really is that simple, just when?We need to go up by over 500% to get bak to the dollar mark. I wonder how long that will take![]()
I don't think in the whole time I've held azk/brn remember ever seeing anyone from Brainchip ever buy any shares on market.
Must be the blackout period.
Happy to be corrected but I'm very positive I'm correct.
Do not know what the exact rules are on the ASX but there is sure to be a period of time (quiet period or restricted period) where insiders cannot buy or sell before and after the AKIDA 2.0 and 4C announcements.
To reverse this Titanic, insiders buying in significant quantity should do the trick.... say $50k (or more) for top tier types and lesser amounts for some engineers and the like.
THIS IS THE SURE FIRE WAY TO SEND THE MESSAGE TO THE MARKETS....putting your money where your mouth is...walk the walk.
Come on guys and gals...we have something special here.....RIGHT?
SO PILE ON WITH IMPUNITY.
Yes I totally agree - the shorters have exacerbated the SP sell down and manipulated the buy and sell side accordingly - the shorts are smart enough to see all those current market confounding issues for BRN and they loaded in as they knew we were in for a push down in falling out of the ASX200 and the small cap tech sell off was on as well and they know BRN are basically not going to be posting any revenue this month. Easy money for them.Personally I think the shorting has done great damage to the SP and it always has been a very unethical practise which is being exploited by funds to make money without shareholders permission. Like kind of renting out your nice house to 30 people who will trash the place and then give it back to you. This sort of stuff should stop and the regulators are just as complicit here as the funds.
I am probably going to start an anti shorting movement as I hate it so much. I noticed the shorts levels have dropped recently which is finally a possible sign they are scurrying off to other stocks.
