For those expecting announcement regarding Zijin out. I don’t think there will be announcement of this. There were no announcement saying Zijin was in. No point to report they are out now

@aon

You removed your post regarding Zijin being out

Was there an issue with the document you posted or it's validity?

Just wondering as I had responded

If Zijin is out and does not hold the 15% of Dathcom .
You would assume that an ASX announcement would happen as this directly affects the ICC arbitration between AVZ and Zijin?? regarding first right of refusal.
AVZ would be silly to comment on a case before court.

Unless Zijin/Jin Cheng withdraw their claims, informs the court and AVZ officially, the case is ongoing.

I would not rely on a piece of paper coming out of any office in the DRC, unless it is handed over via appropriate official channels from the appropriate official DRC Government ministry.

Expecting the BoD of AVZ to jump at every shadow which pops up on social media is unrealistic.

So at this very moment you are better off keeping the whales in your aquarium for the time being.

Emerged
long time lurker.
Not sure if its discussed, I was playing around with http://drclicences.cami.cd/ and found that you can actually query the database through rest services like below.
https://services.arcgis.com/X3EAXoc...HRu9G3PuApF0wsCHo_woMfaq1qIZTgBP7ZnIOLkdPfkaA..

It does give you some extra information/columns that is not avaiable on the portal. Hope its useful to someone.

Look at range and tow test.
For Australia and its intended use, the car is not practical.

Better to wait for a newer generation battery and Australia catching up with infrastructure.
Don't forget the energy pumped into cars at this stage via the bowser, will have to come in future for a reasonable large part from the electrical grid.
Which is ok for a few cars, but not for all cars. Just a minor observation.
But we will have to start somewhere.
Probably buy a 5 acre paddock and install a solar, or wind farm, with a huge battery, coz during the night the sun doesn't shine.

Nice work; Dathcom still 100% , despite the mannequin dressing and window display
So what does that mean in the overall scheme of things

Manono lithium exploration permit yields 70% interest to AJN Resources

AJN Resources, a mining company based in Vancouver (Canada), announced on June 2, 2023, the conclusion of an agreement with the Congolese company Palm Constellation, based in Kinshasa in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).

The latter will have to cede up to 70% interest in an exploration permit it holds in the Manono region, known to potentially host significant lithium resources.

Under the terms of the agreement, two payments totaling US$150,000 will initially be made to the seller by AJN.

The latter will have up to six months to carry out due diligence.

At the end of due diligence, which may include sampling work and a reduced drilling program, AJN must confirm its intention to proceed with the acquisition of the license by paying an additional $250,000, in order to obtain an indirect participation from 51% in the project.

"We are very excited about this latest acquisition which potentially covers 10 km2 of very promising terrain with good potential for the presence of subsurface lithium-bearing pegmatites", commented Klaus Eckhof, CEO of AJN Resources.

Note that the company will also have to issue in favor of Palm Constellation, a number of shares worth 10.5% of the total issued and outstanding shares of AJN.

By issuing an additional four (4) million shares to Palm, followed by a further payment of $250,000, AJN will obtain an additional 9% interest in the permit.

It will finally complete the acquisition of the 70% interest with a final payment of five (5) million dollars.

Exploration work until the conclusion of a possible definitive feasibility study will be financed by AJN.

The Manono region is home to a project of the same name, led by the Australian AVZ Minerals. (y)

The Manono lithium project is considered the most advanced in the DRC and only the mining license is currently missing to launch the development of what could be the first lithium mine in the country.
