Hasn't it been said in the past (the past goes back many posts in this matter) that with Zijin it is all about money? A significant payment and the Chinese would go away. Nigel said that in the Melbourne RS, it's all about money. Maybe the right offer hasn't been made or maybe NF is refusing to make any offer to make them go away.

I think Z would view a payment to Fuck Off as the least acceptable outcome.

They want the resource for PRC, and for themselves the greater profits that would come with total control.

There is also a power struggle going on between the Chinese and the less corrupted elements within DRC government and officialdom.
If Z walks away with majority/total ownership, then that demonstrates to DRC that the Chinese are in control.

AVZ offered $150 million for the 15%. DRC can use some of this money to refund to Zinjin and reverse the illegal 15% sale to corrupt ZINJIN. Was AVZ rights respected ? Respect goes both ways !

Taking in consideration Cominière already received $33.4 million, the DRC still finishes up with $150 million for that 15%, so where is the problem??

There is also the possibility of compromise.
Zijin pay appropriate value for the 15% .
MOM and MOP continue with their positions and Felix continues to focus on his re election .
Dathcom remain 51% majority owner of all of the tenement and
24% to CATH.
No need for ICC if the above agreed ???

I mentioned a similar scenario like this a couple of times before, simply as a means of breaking the deadlock and getting Manono into construction / production ASAP.

But on reflection........Zijin can go and get fucked, loving the heat thats being applied right now on those conniving wankers and the thieving Cominiere..........absolutely loving it!!!!

I've consistently said we should be trading since I started posting here. But this situation is a good reminder never to invest / bet more than you can afford to lose.

My initial capital exposure here is a touch over 15k. Won't change my life in the slightest if I don't get it back. However if Nigel wins the hand I'll probably never have to work again.

AVZ would be sub 20c if that was the case.............all lithium stocks have been hammered with lithium spot price now down 65% from the ATH, so add that to the mix with corrupt DRC / china trying to steal from us........

I've also consistently said that I understand why management put us in suspension and support them in their fight to retain our rights. But we have traded in this exact same position before and the share price was sub 0.20 for a long time. At the end of the day I just don't see what information isn't available to the market at this point.

Pretty obvious why management has kept us in suspension, if trading the share price dives and Zijin goes on a shopping spree ensuring they have a bigger stake over Manono.

Yeah like I said I understand why. But looking at it objectively I don't think it stacks up by the rules. Obviously the ASX is happy with the suspension so what I think doesn't matter haha

Not a great look with ASX taking control of the suspension.
Although not a surprise when we had 1 week to reply, and took two months.
(and then advised we aren't fully complying with a rule)

I understand its all cloaks and daggers at the moment with all that's going on.
But I don't expect the ASX to be as accommodating.
