Great place to visit for about 30 minutes but you wouldn't want to live there . Unless of course you love stingers , Crocks , high humidity , cyclones and being hours from no where . The place sent Keith Williams broke and his wife living off the charity of wealthy friends . Hoots has a lot of mental issues . IMO

Google says it's been poorly maintained since the "resort" went broke and the sewage system doens't work. There's some drawn out process for the local Council to assume responsibility for the area from the private owners.
But at least there's good mobile coverage there, which is how Hoots gets to post an average of 7 times per day on HC every single fucking day of his life.

Hoots can not make the crapper or this forum about hoots. Only we can do that. No need to block him ...just bloody ignore his posts and he no longer impacts anything. For a long time on the crapper Tool ate dominated the place but only because people took the bait and replied to him...exactly as Hoots is now doing. I continue to follow the crapper but simply dont read either Too lates or Hoots posts . These guys/gals or whatever they are will continue to post no matter what and thats just fine. Only you can decide to read those posts...or not
At the other end of the spectrum we have a bunch of posters including @ JAG who is smashing it on the tweeter. I pretty much retweet and like everything he posts. Strongly recommend everyone here join twitter and do the same. Everytime Hooter or Tool man posts either here or the crapper just head over to the bird and start liking and retweeting @ Jag and a bunch of other great AVZ posters. When you come back no doubt someone else has posted and you continue on your merry way without ever even thinking about reading those guys posts

Recording pops out pretty close to ICC and when supposed ‘talks’ are on on going ; as I've said before, Zijin will start to firing others, including ministers under the bus if things start to rapidly spoil ; this recording had ample amount of time to rise to the surface ; possibly an indication of a decisive shift
