But the fact that his chief editor decided to place that petulant quote of himself on top of Tommy's article today shows that they don't give a fuck about the truth or being impartial.

Over the last 6 years in the DRC, AVZ have carried out Soil Sampling, Field Mapping, Consulting, Drilling, Metallurgical Testing, Completing a FEED Study, Environmental Study and Impact Assessment Reports including Groundwater Management, a 160 page Definitive Feasibility Study, a SEZ Agreement, Tendering for Mining Infrastructure, Legally Obtaining and Paying For an Increased Share of Dathcom, Obtaining Several Offtake Agreements for both Lithium and Tin, Raising Capital, Negotiating Funding with Pan African DFI’s and a Funding and Offtake Agreement with CATH, Presenting at the Battery Minerals Conference, Legally Fulfilling all Requirements to Obtain the Mining License, Including Receiving the Ministerial Decree to Award the Mining License and producing an 85 page Sustainability Report, Spending millions of dollars and Supporting the Local Community….

Now corrupt State owned Cominiere is working with the Minister of Mines and Director General of the DRC Mining Cadastre (CAMI) to deny granting AVZ Minerals a Mining License

Remember this when attending MINING INDABA 2023 if you are thinking of investing in mining in the DRC

Just explained the situation to my Mrs, felt I had to let her know what was going on with what once was enough coin to retire. Read your above post to her MoneyBags. Thanks for all your research it helped in justifying my initial decision to buy AVZ.

How Tshekidi can roam the world spruiking the DRC as an investment hotspot is beyond me. l hope this has some sort of acceptable solution as it is just a never ending nightmare as it stands.

I'm open to sharing any documents and sourcing them on request. I think by having full documents rather than snippets people here can get more clarity, I know i'm definitely in that boat so, yeah.

To avoid calls of being a gatekeeper or cherry picking, i'm going to just continue reading the thread as i have been and provide what i can: be it photoshopped pics of the Twot Engine or DRC docs that have been requested, and my favourite Spongebob.
