1) Get it confirmed that Marius Mushagalusa Mihigo is a strategic advisor to AVZ and why he tweeted the ML will be signed soon and just posted photos of himself with Felix on his Facebook page.

- Is this just a case of more bullshit

2) Clarify that Momentum Attorneys have been working 24-7 (as stated by them) and what exactly they have been doing that 24 hours of every day

- Looks like the only reason for a Roadshow is to try and save the BOD’s bacon before the AGM and perhaps set the scene for a CR with $48 mil left in the bank

- I did spot one discrepancy in the Quarterly Report…. page 10 says “Competent Persons Statement”

I reckon any potential buyer would want a decent discount considering they would still need to go through the mining licence process. Any money leftover would most likely go towards building the processing plants. Shareholders wouldn't get anything at this stage.

CDL can’t be sold, surely? Because they haven’t defined it geologically enough.

Refer back to a similar scenario on April 26 2018 when Mr Ferguson in his first ever interview for AVZ said they wanted to realise a maiden mineral resource before further transactions in order to raise the value of the project.

The problem with splitting the project could be a competitor takes it obviously, then there is ‘cooperating’ on logistics or tolling. This all means a new feasibility study I gather. An AGM vote would not be a good idea without a full appraisal.
