WBT Discussion 2022

In my spare time in between fishing I've converted an old wheel chair and mower into a radio controlled gadget to help with my mowing some of the uneven ground and save my knees from pain. I have not been able to source a motor controller chip for the project and it is sitting in the shed like chipless new cars in one of those large lots.
My question is to some one here who might know, when will the world get back to chip supply and why is it so bad and will it effect the production of ReRam manufacture.

Hi Bacon lover,
I hold BRN, Ihave been doing some research on WBT. I'm retired now, but worked with computers for over 20 years. WBT ReRAM concept is a fantastic idea. Thinking of buying wbt for a longish term. I think it will move very rapidly once some Supply agreements Are signed. Just imagine how many computers are out there. In the sense of institutional buyers this would be an easier concept for them to grasp than say the BRN concept (which is fantastic).I think both wbt and brn will do well in the long term.
Good content

I'm here too. I have just as much hope for WBT as I do for BRN. I think WBT has higher revenue potential.

Let's hope they both succeed.

See you at the $10 party.

I maintain a substantial holding in WBT and will continue to do so, however I firmly believe that BRN has more potential and is out there now with production and licensing. I think there will be a longer lag-time for commercial production from WBT and therefore their surge in SP will come later.

I believe that Weebit Nano is a great company with great leadership and personnel along with a great product (still developing). Their time in the sun will come, and I will still be here and invested when that happens.

Agree totally. It's like WBT is currently where BRN was a year ago.

I think the difference is that weebit has potential for their reram to be in literally every electronic product where BRNs potential is mostly in edge devices.

Huge upside potential if management can pull it off. They need to be fast though.

Intel has just announced they are buying Israeli company Tower Semi Conductors for 5bn. Given many have speculated Tower is likely to be our next Fab deal it will be interesting to see if WBT comes onto Intel’s radar as a “cheap” target.
Pure speculation but feasible.

What would be a takeover number you would be happy with? $2 billion?

I think WBT board would not be interested below that level….I think WBT has the potential to be a 5bn company in the next 2yrs so I’d prefer the status quo and the story to play out! Who knows what the future holds other than WBT is heading in a forward direction towards commercialisation. GLTAH

I posted a while back ( on the other site) that WBT would be odds-on to strike a deal with Tower. So much for that. ‘Odds-on look on’ should have applied.
Once the qualification process with SkyWater is successfully completed it will be a whole new ballgame.
One would imagine WBT’s valuation will soar.

Hope you're right Paddle. It will be some time before discrete memory is fully developed and producing revenue, however we can look forward to the embedded memory applications starting on the nearer horizon.

So tantalising BL
Any picture of Coby is enough to inspire confidence-though all his images look like they are taken from a 1950s Superhero comic!
There’s my in-depth analysis lol.
I’m crossing off the days on the calendar and letting the collective genius of WBT and Leti do their work.
It’s the first time I haven’t suffered a bout of jitters when a SP drops or moves a fair bit lower. I thought about it and realised my faith in WBT management is unshakable.
I have gained a basic understanding of the WBT technology and opportunities over time but ultimately it is the human factor which entrenches my faith in the company.
I remember when I first noticed WBT. It was on ‘the other site’ and WBT was always prominent. Finally I delved into it and watched a link to a meeting with some serious, smart, Israeli minds. My understanding was basic at best of what was being discussed.
However I couldn’t forget the people in the room. The veneration afforded to these individuals in the video from posters on TOS (the other site) kept playing on my mind.
Gradually I was drawn into the WBT orbit and invested.
So what’s all that got to do with the article you posted?
Coby is featured and the office is not on fire.

Move on, nothing to see.
WeebitNano's announcement today regarding the successful testing of demo chips marries so well into a suggestion I recently gave to Sean Hehir (CEO Brainchip) and Tony Dawe (Manager Investor Relations Brainchip) to look into considering partnering for Weebit Nano for their ReRAM technology. Sean did say that now he knows about WeebitNano, he WILL look into it!

I followed up my original suggestion with an email to Tony Dawe this morning, discussing this WeebitNano announcement. In this email I stated:

I noticed a press release late last night about a new partnership of Brainchip with SiFive to deploy AI/ML technology at the edge, somewhat of a marriage of RISC-V with Akida. I was so excited to see this press release last night. It has so much promise.

I also noticed an announcement from WeebitNano this morning announcing the successful testing of their demo ReRAM chips. Of great interest in this announcement is that they used a RISC-V microcontroller to perform this testing.

So Brainchip in partnership with SiFive to work with RISC-V, and ReRAM proven to work with RISC-V. I can see dots lining up. Especially considering WeeBitNano’s ReRAM is now working at 22nm, and with plans to further reducethis.

ReRAM does not have the 40nm limitation of flash memory. So it should be able to create solutions on a chip that contain all three technologies.

This truly could be a marriage made in heaven.

Does anyone here have any connections within/to WeebitNano? Tony Dawe (Manager Investor Relations Brainchip) has answered me stating he has tried to contact WeebitNano twice in the last 6 months and has had no reply.

I find that both to be most odd and quite rude!

I've given Tony Coby's tweeter account, although I'm sure he would have looked into that avenue himself.

A partnership involving WeebitNano and Brainchip would be fantastic.

Hey slymeat,
Well done for taking the initiative to contact the companies! Always handy for companies to have shareholders who are on the ball.

However I must say, now that you have done your part may be let them figure things out?

May be both companies' vision and goals are different, and could be why there is no communication between them. Or may be they're already working together, who knows? Now that you have notified both companies I would wait. I am learning the hard way, that semiconductor process and deals take a LONG time to come to production.

Thanks BaconLover. Just seeding the idea. I didn‘t intent to push it any further.

All my life I have achieved the best results by seeding and stepping back. Others may get the accolades for implementing my ideas but I am satisfied that what I wanted to happen eventually did. And I’m patient!

This is by no means optimal and must somehow be improved. But better than nothing.
Anyway, download the the screenshots and open it with a right click and Chrome. Then right click again and send image to Google Lens, select translate and click on the enlarge icon in the top right corner. I would also suggest selecting the sections individually. Unfortunately the resolution of the article image is poor and I had to sharpen it.

Step by step, with cut-outs and the zoom function, I can do it, but I'm running out of time...

"Israeli memory is on its way to conquer the world market
A revolutionary product in the field of non-volatile memory and only in the early stages of commercialization, the Israeli Vivit Nano is already worth around NIS 1.2 billion. It turns out that investors believe in the potential of the Hod Hasharon-based company operating in a market with only marginal demand. Kobi Hanoch, CEO, explains the benefits of the RaRAM technology developed by the company and talks about entering new and exciting markets.

Ronit Morgenstern, in collaboration with Vibit Nano
In June 2020, the share price of the Israeli
company Weebit Nano, which is traded on the ASX
exchange in Australia, was 28 Australian cents.
Today the share price is about 3.50 Australian
dollars - an increase of more than 1,000%! In other
words, within a year and a half the company dropped
its value more than ten times and today it is
trading at a value of about half a billion Australian
dollars, which is about 370 million US dollars. All
this, when only last September it made its first
commercial transaction.
According to Kobi Hanoch, CEO of Vibit for the
past four years, investor confidence in the
company, which has only recently begun commercial
activity, stems from two factors: The first is
the lively technology ReRAM (Resistive RAM),
which the company has developed in the field of
non-volatile memories. Even when they subscribe

Waiting for a second Fab signing. I think I have cracked Weebit next move.
Coby has connections at Infineon Semiconductors and an Engineer at Cypress (Infineon) liked Cobys LinkedIn post re the recent presentation at chip conference.
