Share price is closing in on 0.55 AUD.. now it starts to get interesting.. remember, the options can only be exercised on the 13th of any month and there is only one more month available. Including fees and so on, I don't think it's worth cashing in the options below 0.60AUD, at least not for me. Let's see what happens. :)

Thats incorrect, they can be exercised on any day, the company only issues them then. As long as your payment clears in their bank before the expiry you will receive them. Keep in mind its best to exercise at least 2 days prior to expiry as it can take 2 days to clear

Thats what I meant. I consider doing so, even with marginal outcome to give Talga some cash for operations and avoid another CR short term. Fingers are crossed!

Hey Semmmel. Check out the webinar when you get a chance... plenty of value IMO, and a cpl of points you'll find of interest being guidance on pricing for the Nyobolt offtake, and just maybe we get a non-equity funding solution for short term op-ex.

It was suggested Nyobolt pricing was as per DFS guidance or thereabouts. Talga have applied for short term state aid and hope to hear if such has been successful in the short term (MT also touched on other avenues being pursued all to mitigate the need for a CR). Last 10 mins (from 44m) covers a lot of ground on funding.

MT brought up royalty streaming as funding option in this week webinar and given his post on X few weeks ago, it sure does raise a few eyebrows. Having said that's he talked about of funding options 😀

Which ever option TLG decides I am sure it all in our best interests long term.

I've got to revisit the webinar as he rattled off quite a few short term funding pursuits. I'd like to be optomistic that one can work over another CR. I'm not familiar with royalty streaming. Do you think that might involve EMX? To me it sounds similar to pre-payment on offtakes but relates to the ore (not finished product).

As our local Redwood guru, what do you think about a JV with JB re Tal-R? Surely they'd be a good fit on several fronts...

I have no idea @DAH. All I am confident of is MT making the right call given what's in front of him.

Call it devine intervention or not...but I wasn't aware of what royalty streaming was until a few days ago when I came across this across my X feed......

After having listened to the following podcast I am sure every recycler is keen on collaborating with TLG as we are the only player in the market who can recycle graphite/anode from black-mass. I don't know how they will structure the plants in US but we know licencing is not one of them so it may be a JV of some sort.

Remember when Freyer MOUs were made a long, long time ago, TLG mentioned that there were exploring plans to co-locate refineries at customers sites...this poped into my head even though Freyer may not be in the scene..... If this was being discussed with Freyer back then surely it's a possibility with larger players and more so now that Talnode-R is a viable offering.

I just posted the following on HC!

A very detailed discussion between Chris Berry and Lee Allen (Fast Markets) on black mass - current state of the market, opportunities and future trends.

Key takeaways, amidst the geopolitical and growth opportunities, "graphite" is not discussed as being metal that could be recycled until now. There is so much TLG can put into an asx ann but the above discussion clearly demonstrates the opportunities thats opened up for TLG!
