Customers are basically saying to MT “how much of this stuff do you have? We need lots and lots and we need it now.”

Yes - one can only hope that this is a real sign of confidence from MT and the company that all things permitting are tracking as expected. Hopefully the large scale samples that are circulating are performing well and offtakes are lining up behind the scenes.
