Brainchip have tweeted it, and it is on the Megachips website. It will be nice to see this on the BrainChips‘ partners page, but this formalisation of the announcement is great as a start. Hasn’t moved the shareprice overseas though!?

What is the reason for rehashing this same info now?
Is this just marketing? Which I’m ok with BTW.
Is this a formalisation of the partnership?

Mega chips and Renasas are not on the partners section because there customers not partners

i dont think we really heard much from Megachips in November 2021 regarding the partnership so now that its 'formal', maybe this is their way of announcing it.

Also another thought... Megachips partnering with Quadric only last week.. not sure if this has something to do with them announcing the 'partnership' with BRN now..

The real crunch is in the following:

IN BRIEF​ ASX recently advised that “ramping” announcements are on its radar and that companies making them risk suspension from the ASX. “Ramping” announcements are designed to increase a company’s share price, rather than to inform the market. ASX has observed that these types of announcements are often disclosures about customer contracts. Companies should be aware that ASX is maintaining its spotlight on the disclosure of customer contracts, following its related guidance issued late last year on this topic. So a company such as Brainchip takes the risk releases on the ASX then retrospectively has the ASX rule on their notice and decide that it is ramping and suspends them. The reason to take the risk being some short term price improvement with a downside of suspension from trading. If they put it up as non price sensitive the MF’s of this world can broadcast to all the world not price sensitive no money in this it is another fluff announcement. Loose, loose, loose every way you look at it. The downside of suspension from trading outweighs a non price sensitive ASX release. I can guarantee that any lawyer would faced with the risk reward involved advise every client not release on ASX make it a press release no downside. Release on the ASX and you could be suspended and shareholders could sue you for negligence. All this lay opinion takes us nowhere. Tony Dawe and the two Australian Directors have recently had a meeting with the head of the ASX trying to get guidance and the response was if you were non compliant we would tell you and until we tell you otherwise you will remain so. No help just we will punish you if you get it wrong. So who here wants the company to risk suspension with their fingers crossed for a short term price movement when a press release is no risk and just like Mercedes Benz non price sensitive announcement can drive the price if the market likes the news. Most ordinary retail have never heard of ARM. The tech savvy will be reading ARM’s Twitter and the technology mags and blogs and understand. My opinion only DYOR FF AKIDA BALLISTA

This is a great explanation of the rules and a Companys need for compliance.
I think the frustration for retail is that while ASX is being so vigilant against promotional Company Announcements, termed as Ramping is that it created an imbalanced Bias for the other side of the coin involving Institutional Bots, Manipulators, Shorters, and paid Downrampers with intent to pick the pockets of retail investors being left unchecked.
Fortunately, this BRN forum helps insulate our (large) combined group holding from being too easily stripped from future potential Aussie GDP thanks to @Zeebot
and the brilliant discussions here.

I think this is a great initiative. The first thing a potential customer sees when they open the web page are their names and an invitation to join this elite group.

‘Good enough for me. How can I get on board. Partners click. ARM is a partner we deal with ARM. Hi ARM do you work with Brainchip. We most certainly do how can we help you. I need AKIDA just like NASA and Mercedes Benz use. Do you need assistance with design and engineering we can assist with that through our joint partner Edge Impulse. Great. This is exactly what I need.’

This is how the marketing on the website now works as a map walking you through the new Brainchip adoption ecosystem.

I agree entirely and it is even worse than you have painted.

It is geared against new growing companies. Just about any deal with cash attached is material to Brainchip at this point.

A company like BHP can sign similar sized agreements every day of the week and they will not be material because of BHP’s size.

So for Brainchip offering the same level of market secrecy to a customer as a BHP can where a customer is wanting to use AKIDA and take a leap over its competitors is very hard.

Do I like it no. Do I think the system is fair no. After my Revolution will the ASX remain a public company no.

But the present situation is what it is and it is not Brainchip’s fault.

The criminals at GetSwift created this situation.

The Government should not have allowed the ASX to be a private company.

The interests of retail should be protected.

Brainchip and retail just have to make the best of a bad situation and that is what they are doing.

I do think that this stands to be one of our first direct forms of revenue to come.

Product is ready for the consumer with cash in hand let's hope. But yes I'd really like to see the revenue start to accumulate. Like a child waiting for Santa to arrive.

my opinion is when it comes it will come in bucket loads.
Setting it all up nicely. I got to say that one of my favourites is Arm holdings partnership and i believe we will see the smartphone with akida through this partnership and with those in that ecosystem.

Maybe a reaction to the ARM partnership release? I can't wait until we have companies making releases to say "we're also using Akida, we were ahead of everyone, no - we were".

A senior executive from Apple has departed the tech giant after less than a year in the job to join a US-based autonomous vehicle systems specialist.
Christopher CJ Moore previously worked on Tesla’s Autopilot semi-autonomous driving systems before moving to Apple in August, reportedly to work on its electric car project.
The news agency Bloomberg reports Mr Moore has now moved to Luminar Technology – a company developing lidar-based autonomous driving systems.

Mr Moore is the latest in a line of experts who have reportedly walked away from the secretive Apple car project over the past two years – after Apple tried to bolster its team with engineers from the likes of Ford and Rivian.
In January, Luminar announced it had entered a partnership with Mercedes-Benz to help develop autonomous-driving systems for the German car giant.
It is understood Luminar is also working with Volvo, Daimler Trucks, and Chinese conglomerate SAIC.

Apple is yet to make any official announcement about its electric autonomous car project, but a number of leaks from other car companies suggest the tech firm is looking for an automotive partner to help manufacture the vehicle.
